Staff was nice, but there was only one member of the staff on cashier and serving so it's not a personalized treatment per customer. You are basically forced to pay extra for a different cone because the icecream servings are huge compared to the cone so if you stick to a normal one your icecream will drip. We had a great visit and Ben and Jerry’s! The staff was great assisting us in the choice of ice cream we decided on, he was very personable and had a fun personality. The chocolate PB chunk was amazing!! Outdoor seating was great too! ??

There are a lot of flavors and the ice cream is pretty fresh, although it was a little bit hard. I would definitely recommend getting a chocolate dipped waffle cone which was absolutely delicious. The location is also convenient, as it is just a short walk from other restaurants in Sarasota. There are also nice benches and seating outside as well.
