I have been saying for years I don’t know how we have any bakeries in the area that make a good crusty bread….well now ive found it and healthier because its sourdough and coated with sesame seeds yum! The croissants are probably better than a croissant you would get in France!!!! They have chocolate ones and all kinds of different desserts! Go see them very soon!”

“We were there on June 4th Unbeknownst to us it was the start of Belmont week in Saratoga. The city was mobbed with people great to see. But not great on walk in dining. We were told it would be an hour wait because of all the reservations they had. This was not part of our plan of course. We then spotted an outdoor table in the shade. We grabbed it and the rest is history. We were greeted by Eli our server who by the way is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to craft beer. He managed to recommend beers for all three of us that were delicious. Outstanding job Eli. We shared a spicy little pizza and a charcuterie board and both were awesome. What a great experience from start to finish. great beer and food spells a good time and we will be back for more in the future”

“WOW! Where to start! The Coat Room … from the prep (I booked this party 12months in advance), to the food, service, attention to detail…it was all 100000/100000!!! I truly cannot say enough about the staff! From Ranell thru the planning process and understanding my wants for my sisters bridal party event, to Felicia who was SOOO incredible leading up to the event, day of, she paced our coursed meals perfectly and knew what we wanted before even asking! And the food! Our party was a group of 19 girls, and we have all said it was some of the best food we have ever collectively had in our lives!!! We had many many dietary restrictions in our group and they accommodated them all and then some! If you’re looking for an intimate dinner or even a large party like ours you can not go wrong! I am so looking forward to going again next time I’m up in the Saratoga area. I worked an event planning for many years and I must say working with this team they Completely blew me out of the water!!!! 100 stars ⭐ if I could! Thank you coat room team! “Very crowded and service seemed very rushed and our waiter actually told us he had a 2 hour turnover. Drink I ordered came wrong and it took longer than expected to get a replacement. We like Solevo but I guess this time of year is not the best time to go. Lasagna was soupy and they didn’t have linguini for our friends Fra Diavolo.”

Even if they don't show it to customers, it's critical that at least the staff have access to this information to be able to alert customers whether or not their allergen is in a particular food item.”

“This place just became my new favorite restaurant. Went with my husband for the first time today, and we ordered quite a few things each. Food came out very fast, and Every single thing we ordered was amazing! we even ordered extra so we would have plenty to take home for later, but we ended up eating most of it lol. My favorite dish was the Short Rib dumplings”

“Made a last minute reservation sight unseen. Walked in and were seated right away. Server was friendly, pleasant and helpful with recommendations. Food came out fast. I had the salmon burger and my partner had the fish sandwich. Both delish. Atmosphere is perfect, nice, but not stuffy. Reasonable prices. What a lucky find!”

“I had a great dinner experience with the new revamped menu. The food was flavorful, thoughtfully presented, and it’s clear there’s a lot of creativity and care going into the kitchen right now. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

A few dishes, while enjoyable overall, could benefit from some small refinements to make them even stronger. Some flavors felt slightly unbalanced at times, and a couple of components could have been executed with a bit more consistency. That said, the potential of the menu really shines through, and the overall experience was still very positive.

Some 'suggestion box' comments for the dishes:

Wagyu Dumplings
The dumplings were served sitting in a pool of ponzu sauce. Since they are fried, they only have about a minute before the sauce starts to make them soggy. Because we ordered multiple dishes, by the time we got to the dumplings, they had absorbed a lot of the ponzu and lost their crisp texture. The ponzu was also very strong. The citrus and soy flavor overpowered the rest of the dish, including the wagyu.

Beef Skewer
It seemed like the vegetables and beef may have been cooked at the same time. By the time the vegetables were fully cooked, the beef was already well done. Cooking the beef and vegetables separately, or adjusting the timing, might help keep the beef more tender.

Cucumber Salad
The cucumber salad had a similar issue to the wagyu dumplings. The cucumbers were sitting in a pool of dressing, which made the dish feel overly saturated. A lighter amount of dressing may help keep the cucumber crisp and prevent the dressing from overpowering the dish.

Strip Steak, 12 oz
The strip steak was beautifully cooked, but it was served with a large pile of chimichurri sitting directly on top of the steak. Because of that, the steak itself was almost hidden from view. Several guests also felt that having that much chimichurri directly on top overpowered the flavor of the steak. Serving the chimichurri around the steak, or on the side, may allow guests to add as much as they prefer while still keeping the presentation focused on the steak itself.”

“Stopped in for drinks, great bar selection Ordered the tuna tartare, beet salad and French fries. All exceeded expectations. So delicious and generous sized portions. Wish we were staying in town longer so we could return.”

Joe created a KILLER wing sauce with all the charm of a classic Buffalo but with some texmex flair and the wings were crispy yet juicy, completely amazing like the rest of the food we got! I engineered 'Lena's Open Door', for a few years. Lena knew her stuff about the folk and acoustic music of the day. I am confident that she still would were she still alive today.”

“Made walk-in reservations at this pretty inviting Mexican place right in the middle of Broadway! Ava was our server - very welcoming and friendly and was patient enough to wait the extra few minutes to take our order.

We got a few shareable dishes, but their Green Goddess Salad ($15.95) was delicious and a pretty generous portion for two adults to share (even without protein)!

The table enjoyed some classic Mexican cocktails and we have a pleasant experience during our stay here. Service was quick, and food arrived within 15-mins of placing the order. Throughout our time, Ava and team were pretty attentive to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our delicious meal.

Definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting!”

“Food is great and service is great. The only issue I have is your gift card policy between Albany and Saratoga. I’ve had family be told you can use a gift card at either location and I have been told it must be used where it was purchased? My parents bought a gift card at the Albany location for my wife and I. The back of the card had Saratoga on it. Thankfully, we presented the gift card receipt after being told we could only use it in Saratoga when the receipt showed it was purchased in Albany. Thankfully, the server and the manager didn’t give up on the situation and were able to manually enter the card number in despite the magnetic strip on the card not working. Bravo to them! However, the only gift cards you are able to purchase in Albany say Saratoga on the back. So if you have a gift card, you better bring a gift card receipt or you may not be able to use it. I hope you guys look at the policy. My only negative. Other than that sushi is fresh and quick and great service !”

I always said, "you get what you pay for" and what you spend at Moby Ricks, you are getting top quality food. Very simple!”

“Inside was clean, friendly staff, great bowl size, also if you want a little more you can always ask they will give it to you! Just ask! It was busy, but the cashier maintained the dining area in between customers which is a great system! I understand it gets busy and crowded and people leave messes but actually seeing the effort the worker was making to keep it clean it what means the most.. the food was delicious I definitely recommend. There's always going to be trial and error mistakes will be made and it's how they handle it that makes the difference and 10/10 they will always make it right for us!!”
