The martinis and atmosphere are amazing. Best martinis I’ve had. Creative and an endless menu of options! The bartender Nick was great! He was so enjoyable and informative, he even made a surprise concoction for us that was delicious! A must visit when in Saratoga.

My first night in Saratoga Springs was a beautiful experience made true by Jake at 9 Maple. Finding people who truly care for their job always elevates the mood of the room; and being the only one there for a nightcap, I was skeptical that I would find much conversation.
