“Went for Easter brunch with my mother. It was an à la carte brunch which I much prefer since I can no longer get my money's worth at one of the normal brunches (too old to stuff myself to the point of bursting like I could when I was younger since it is like drinking too much). Our waitress Sarah (sorry if misspelled) was great. As a former server myself, please leave your servers, their tips and cash if possible. It's appreciated. Also, the owner came out to see how everything was and I apologize for forgetting her name but a lovely woman. We've been there on several different occasions and haven't been disappointed.“

“I came for Sunday brunch at about 1 pm and there were only a few people sitting down (more arrived later). We sat in a little nook by the front door. As always, the service here is excellent and our waiter was very attentive. I have to say, I have never been the greatest fan of their dinner but their brunch was excellent. My friend and I split four dishes: the churro waffle, the Madrid waffle, the fries, and a side of bacon. The churro waffle comes with maple syrup and butter and had a lot of cinnamon flavor. The Madrid waffle came with a berry compote and cream. I am a Vermonter and yet I wasn't missing maple syrup with the Madrid waffle. They really piled on the berries and cream so each bite of the waffle could have both components layered on top. The seasoned fries were very well seasoned and crisp. The bacon was the melt-in-your-mouth consistency that good bacon should be and was still crispy. Additionally, our brunch was actually pretty cost-effective; not what I've come to expect from Saratoga food. This is a great option for a Sunday brunch and I will definitely be coming here again in the near future.“

“The food was absolutely amazing! The service was just as great, Michael our server checked in with us a few times during our dinner and made sure we were doing alright without being overbearing. The atmosphere was a little dark but everything else made up for it. Absolutely will be back for more amazing dishes :)“

“I don't consider myself a wine expert (or snob), but I do know enough about it to have a good idea of what I will or won't like. I was initially uncomfortable ordering wine here without seeing from where the wine originated, so I had to trust them with their write-ups regarding the wines, and their noses and palates. Thankfully, for all of the wines we ordered with our meals, the write-ups were quite accurate, meriting a future seating at their wine bar area. Okay, so a lot of words for "I liked their wine." On to the food. My first suggestion is that regardless of how good the olive oil is for dipping your warm, crusty, bread, you'll be several times happier if you happen to order either the mussels or the bourbon scallops, and dip all the bread in the sauce. The 12oz. sirloin that one person in my party ordered was cooked to perfection, it looked slightly more generous than 12oz. My hazelnut crusted halibut was covered in toasted hazelnuts, though I was expecting them to be more finely ground, not necessary having whole hazelnuts in the mix. But hey, you give me toasted hazelnuts on halibut, well prepared, and I'm not going to complain. None of us ordered desserts, though we saw several nicely presented ones brought to other tables. If I were having something after dinner, I would more likely order a dessert or ice wine, both of which were available. Service was enjoyable, with 2 waitresses working in tandem, our orders coming out quickly, water glasses refilled frequently, etc.. Parking may be a challenge during busier times. There is a small lot behind the restaurant with access from Lincoln Avenue. But when that is full, you'll probably have to park on a side street (such as Whitney) and walk a small distance.“

“Overall a very good experience! The place was a bit pricey, but not too bad for what you get. My fiancé got a burger which was decent for a burger (but not really what you'd go there for, we expect). I had the fish and chips which were very good and fresh but needed more salt. The sweet potato fries were also STELLAR and I had a special of the corn and crab dip which was amazing. The real highlight was the CHOWDER. Now, I think it was a special and not offered all the time but holy moly. It was chicken and sweet potato chowder and it was the ROCKSTAR. I wanted to order some to go to have for lunch the next day it was so good. Overall, a really good experience.“

“Our group of 4 made a last-minute reservation here for dinner for restuarant week, and we were so happy we did! While we did order 4 meals off of the $35 (3-course) menu, because their regular menu looked so good, we decided to add a couple of extra appetizers. Everything was fantastic. From the restaurant week menu, we enjoyed the flank steak and chicken piccata entrees, which were both delicious! Perfectly cooked, extremely flavorful. From their regular menu, we ordered medium wings and their Chicago Style Italian Beef Egg Rolls, both of which were a huge hit . The service was prompt, friendly, and they geninely seemed happy we were there. This was our first visit, and most certainly will not be our last. Highly recommend.“
