Our first time at the Brook Tavern and we will definitely be back. We started with the rock shrimp which had a ton of flavor. We ordered the 22oz ribeye which was cooked perfectly. The steak came with whipped garlic potatoes and carrots; all sides were cooked perfectly as well. I got the beer battered fish fry and this was good as well. This place is a great local pub just around the corner from the Track. The service and atmosphere are really great, especially the bar which has a nice set-up of smaller tables around a 2-sided fireplace. The food is very good, mostly ‘comfort food’ type selections on the menu. We have been here a couple times; the first, I wasn’t too hungry and just got the mushroom soup and a side salad.
