So happy to have Gaffney’s back and in full swing! It has always been such a staple in Saratoga, and now it feels just a little more elevated with The Parlor!

The food was outstanding tonight! We tried several different dishes, and every single one was phenomenal. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, with such a great balance of tangy, sweet, and savory flavors. Highly recommend checking this place out, Chef Pat is fantastic!
Attentive and informative staff, Food was delicious Calamai, braised cabbage and chicken were amazing!
