“So happy to have Gaffney’s back and in full swing! It has always been such a staple in Saratoga, and now it feels just a little more elevated with The Parlor!

I’ve spent many nights here drinking and dancing to all the DJs, but last night I finally had the opportunity to make a reservation, sit down, and try their new fall menu — and WOW! Chef is amazing! I sampled a little bit of everything, and I was doing the happy dance with EVERY bite. Everything was absolutely delicious, and I already can’t wait to go back!

The entire team is so welcoming, courteous, and FUN. You can genuinely feel that everyone working there is just as excited to be there as all of us who are visiting — and revisiting — this Saratoga staple.
