Based on the reviews, Regent Restaurant & Bar is an upscale restaurant with very well cooked food. The service is top notch, with staff being super courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. The food never misses and is fantastic, impeccable, and over the top delicious. Specific meals mentioned include the chicken, braised short rib, ribeye, scallops, crème brûlée, soup, salad, and bread basket. The Shangrina and Expressno are also delicious. The atmosphere and ambience are wonderful, relaxing, and pleasant. It is a luxurious experience and a fantastic addition to Saratoga Springs. It is a good place to come if you do not want to go into town, and it is highly recommended for a nice dinner or special occasion. It is truly a 10 out of 10 experience and instantly one of the new favorite spots in town.
