I got engaged at prime over the weekend and it was amazing. The staff, food, atmosphere and overall experience was just a 10/10. Special shout out to our server Scott who was well informed on everything prime had to offer. And additional thank you to the managers and staff that pulled it all together- Tyler, Kellie & Patty!
Food was fantastic but the service was terrible . Didn't get bread without asking for it. No checking in on anything and when asked for anything like steak knives after the dinner was served was told someone will bring it over . 2 hrs at the table and waiter came over twice . Not the service I would expect for a $400 dinner check for 2. Also asked for leftovers to be bagged and only got 1/2 of it.

I have only visited for a few events: work dinner parties and bridal showers. Both times, the food was immaculate, and the service was top notch! I really like the gentleman at the bar in the ballroom. He is very friendly, funny, and approachable.
