This place is a hidden gem and do not know how I never heard about them previously! I have been saying for years I don’t know how we have any bakeries in the area that make a good crusty bread….well now ive found it and healthier because its sourdough and coated with sesame seeds yum! The croissants are probably better than a croissant you would get in France!!!! They have chocolate ones and all kinds of different desserts! Go see them very soon!
Best bakery I have been to in the area. They are a little outside of town which is perfect. They have plenty of parking and friendly staff. These pastries are something hard to find outside of Montreal or New York City. Super savory, flaky, and all around expertly crafted. I really like the pecan croissant and canelè. It is a small shop, but they are exceptional at everything they do.
Absolutely outstanding pastries. The Meyer lemon blueberry pastry and the morning bun were my favorites, but everything we bought was top tier.

Bakery Suzanne is a fantastic little bakery and a gem, considered the best kept secret in Saratoga. The precision in their baking is remarkable, with everything being exceptionally good, superb quality, and the best ever tasted. They offer multiple choices of pastry and bread loaf. Their bread is heavenly, with specific favorites including the country loaf, porridge loaf, whole wheat loaf, baguettes, and polenta bread. The pastries are NYC quality and absolutely delicious, with excellent options like all danish pastry, pecan croissant, pain au chocolate, pain au raisin, brie and honey Danish, orange marzipan cream pastries, a ham and cheese croissant, morning buns, salted caramel pull-apart, and the buckwheat chocolate chip cookie. Everything is absolutely fresh, works of art, and ridiculously good. The bakery also follows notable safety and hygiene practices. They have items like coffee and sandwiches, too. Strongly recommend a visit.
