Staff are friendly and respectful. Location is clean and well maintained. Food is comparable to Chipotle.
Unfortunately this place is just going down hill.. the last 3 times I’ve eaten here it’s been dry and disgusting. I was so exited to try their brisket and it was so gross… idk what’s going on but the quality is severally lacking here.

Staff are usually very nice and friendly, the rice sometimes is stale or overcooked? You do get chips added, I’ve never run into and cleanliness issues other than just after a large group comes and goes, maybe increase the cleaning routine? The ice machine is consistently out but staff does offer. Overall it’s a nostalgic spot for me, and never as crazy or crowded as Chipotle which I enjoy.
