“Staff are usually very nice and friendly, the rice sometimes is stale or overcooked? You do get chips added, I’ve never run into and cleanliness issues other than just after a large group comes and goes, maybe increase the cleaning routine? The ice machine is consistently out but staff does offer. Overall it’s a nostalgic spot for me, and never as crazy or crowded as Chipotle which I enjoy.“
