BAR REVIEW! Located inside the Saratoga Hilton. They are open plenty of hours - they do close during the day (I noticed door was closed sometimes) but for most common times they were open. We visited one evening and one morning for drinks at the bar. The French 75 the bartender made me was one of the best I've had - I was so pleasantly surprised! Food is okay. A bit pricy: $130(including tip) for 4 people for dinner. 4 drinks (1 alcoholic). I got the veggie hummus wrap and sweet potato fries (good—thick cut, crispy outside/tender inside, recommended), my older son and husband got burgers, my youngest got pasta primavera which he did not like. The bartender was friendly, but unfortunately could not take the hint. I tend to be overly nice and I think he mistook that for an invitation to randomly chat throughout, he was harmless but it just rubbed a few of my friends wrong that he kept coming over and chiming in on conversation.
