We really enjoyed Hattie's! Everything was very tasty. The fried chicken skin was perfectly crispy. Typically we eat dark meat, but hubby had the chicken breast & ate the whole thing. Mac N cheese is pricey, but glad I allowed myself to splurge on it, Lol. The collards taste different than any we've had before. The best fried chicken and other authentic Southern food. Great backstory on Hattie. Atmosphere adds so much. I love it here and bring visitors all the time. One of the best places in Saratoga.

Great down-home style restaurant. Super fast service friendly staff. Order the wings as an appetizer. We're cooked just right, not too crispy. Collar greens are excellent. Had the shrimp and scallops in a creamy sauce with local homemade pasta. Was very good and not too rich. Chicken and waffles were also very good.
