Absolutely scary to pull together a luncheon of executives and clients on the other side of the country where I have never been. So much to think about: can different cultural tastes be addressed, can a casual lunch of sandwiches and sides be taken up a notch, will plates and cutlery be of good quality to so that the meal won't plop over a valued client's lap, etc (!) and all being kept within a budget?Mike hit all my concerns with A+ responses.
