I hired this company December 2023 for a bridal shower on July 21, 2024. I was very specific that I wanted a mimosa bar. They ensured me they could do this and they have worked with my venue MANY times. July 19, less than 48 HOURS prior to my event a coordinator informs me they FORGOT to apply for a temporary liquor license, but not to worry they won’t charge me for the mimosa bar and will give me sparkling cider. I recently lost my husband at the beginning of the holiday weekend. Although she was not officially working Betsy answered my "desperate" message and walked me through everything for after the service on Tues.......when we arrived home everything was set up nicely and on time. The food was beyond amazing in taste as well as the quantity. The meatballs and sauce were so good the leftovers are frozen.
