Same day update: adding an additional star - the owner, Rachel, did call almost within moments of leaving this review, leaving a very kind sounding voice-mail about wanting more details / etc! I think that's really great of the business wanting personal feedback. They also sent me a full refund (which they most definitely did not have to do!!!! I ordered cupcakes for my private family gender reveal with Coccadotts. It’s a special bakery to me and my husband because for one of our first dates we stumbled upon the bakery and got cupcakes from here. We loved them so much that we knew for our baby’s gender reveal we wanted them from Coccadotts. I was not disappointed.
