They were great while they still existed! Matt's blackboard is now permanently closed and now has a new restaurant in it's place under new ownership. The new place is a totally different entity and is not related to Matt's blackboard.

I never believed in Spells or Magic until I met this special spell caster called James Hydrick ,The woman i wanted to marry left me 3 months to our wedding ceremony and my life was turned upside down. she was with me for 5 years and i really love her so much..she left me for another man with no reasons..when i called her she never picked up my calls and she don't want to see me around her…so,when i told James Hydrick what happened he helped me with some readings,and after the readings he told me that the other man has done some spells on my woman and that is the reason why she left me..he told me he will help me cast a love spell to bring her back. Great little spot in Rochester. Stopped for lunch on weekend afternoon, wasn’t too busy. Got some simple eats–buffalo chicken wrap with fries, and some sweet chili chicken tenders. Everything was cooked perfectly. Staff was friendly and prompt. Can’t ask for much more! Only thing I’d say could be improved is that fries shouldn’t be an additional cost for sandwiches, they should be included, not chips.

The entrees are reasonable in price and portions. I had chicken broccoli the chicken was tender and the sauce was good. My husband had chicken Parm which was good as well. My son had fried chicken with mashed and Mac and cheese..asked for gravy on the side but didn't include it, no big deal but would have been nice to have as it was discovered till I got home.

I enjoy the pulled pork sandwich and this service was great. We went home with some classic cupcakes which I must say were delicious. Nice spot to grab lunch and 3 minutes away is a wildlife refuge to hike!

Been going to Matt's for last 4 years but stopped last year or so. Specials never change and they used to have a new special menu every week. It's a great place but I can really only vouch for the pizza these days.
