“My wife and I stopped for lunch. I had the fish & chips...and she had the clams. Both were delicious! Ice cream for dessert...No complaints! We will be going back! A+”
“The staff is super friendly and my mintylou always tastes so good! I ask for no sugar in mine and oat milk only and that’s what I get. I’m very picky when it comes to iced coffee…but this…It’s so delicious. My favorite Marylou’s spot by far!! And their cake pops …..AMAZING. My boyfriend gets the PB iced coffee and absolutely loves it.”
“It's mid January. The holidays are over, things are back to normal and the days are cold and boring. But because we live in MA, two days after a raging snow storm it decides to be 50°. The need for ice cream is at an all time high. No place is open.. except Acushnet Creamery, of course! The two young men at the counter were super chill and professional when my 3 year old tried to explain what kind of ice cream he wanted. Everyone was happy and now 3 days later it's going to snow again. Good thing I got my ice cream!Kid-friendliness: They like the cow statues. And the ice cream of course.”
“Feels like a bustling downtown big city morning Cafe. The food that I have tried so far has been incredible and the avo toast is creative and soooo tastes. Awsome place to order ahead and go pick up any morning.”
“Delicious and authentic Thai food. Reasonably priced. Great staff and atmosphere. Pad see ew, scallion pancakes, Tom kha soup, fried tofu, peanut sauce, garlic sauce, Thai iced tea, coconut ice cream = all delicious!!! Orange chicken was a little dry, so we won’t get again.”
“This place in on another level! Boom Boom shrimp is the best I've had anywhere. You might automatically go for a seafood dish but try one of their steaks. Incredible!Service is always great, and looks like they are renovating their outdoor area for this summer. Definitely recommend.”
“Been comg here forever now. Best Dogs in the city. Can't even beat their deals. In 3 years it's gone up from 4, to 4.25, to 4.50 for a can of soda, small bag of chips, and 2 dogs. How can u beat that???”
“Great soup and sandwiches! The server was friendly and answered all of my questions about ingredients. The reason I gave Destination Soups 4 stars is because the manager is not so friendly to his staff. He was talking down to the server over a transaction she entered for $3.75 instead of $5.00. I was waiting for my food for just over 10 minutes and he was still complaining about the missing $1.25 transaction while I was leaving.I can't imagine that he staff stays with someone who treats them so poorly. If you go for delivery, the food is worth it!Parking: Located in downtown New Bedford, MA which only has paid parking meters for 25 cents for 15 minutes.Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant doesn't have any stairs to enter through the front door.”
“Absolutely DELICIOUS. The lobster bisque was amazing with loads of lobster, and the Ruebon was perfect. The staff was all friendly as could be. I would have liked if they had the heat a little lower but YOU KNOW, YOU CAN'T HAVE EVERYTHING! ? JK keep up the good work guys.”
“Economy prices for sure! We got a box of pastries to take home with us as well as rolls and it came to less than $20, which was a lot less than we expected. The baker patiently explained what the different pastries were as we filled our box. Our favorite were the small cinnamon dusted egg custard tarts. So many things looks so good that we'll have to go back again next time we're in town to try them. The storefront is very plain and easy to miss (we drove right by it the first time) so be on the lookout for it.”
“located on a former seafood place from my adolescence provides divinely prepared freshly made thsi food served with kindness snd charm. the necessary wait is a guarantee of the freshness . the lady chef an added bonus . definitely worth every penny”
“I'm a big fan of Table 8. It's one of the best breakfast places we have around here. Always very prompt service and the food is great. My favorite is their Azorean Special. Eggs, toast, hash, and French Toast. Also comes with Linguica, too. They also have really good breakfast sandwiches and bacon! Always good baked goods, too, like muffins if you're looking for that.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly people that make you feel welcome.”
“Ordered to go/delivery. Never ordered from them before. I was completely blown away with how good this was. The stuffed mushrooms were incredible!!! Whoopi pies were awesome as well! Definitely will be calling ”
“This croissant Melts in your mouth! Absolute must try!! The owner/baker is an artist who creates every bakery item filled with love. The atmosphere of this cafe is so warm and welcoming, the Italian coffee is so delicious, the cases are always stocked with delicious danishes and usually a unique item of the day. If you haven’t stopped in for a try, you are definitely missing a delightful experience, a coffee lovers heaven, and a foodies fantasy.”
“Have been coming to this bakery for a few years now and they have yet to disappoint. If you do go, you HAVE to try their "small pops" (no other bakery in the general area makes them) and their Casiero (not positive on the spelling) bread which you can have them slice. So good. They also have a great selection of desserts, cheese rolls (with or w/out meats) and even a few Portuguese favorites like fresh goats cheese and homeade pimenta (crushed red pepper sauce).Lastly, what would a Portuguese bakery be without their friendly staff? Well, Nova doesn't lack in this "dept" either. The owners and their staff are very knowledgeable and super friendly. Needless to say, we'll be back again very soon.”
“Just went in to pick up a couple of canolis for my coworkers and I and they were absolutely fabulous!!! Mary also gave me a tiramisu donut and it was one of the best donuts I've had in a very long time. Absolutely wonderful.”
“Haven't been here in a couple of years. Hasn't changed a bit. We both had the Haddock and it was awesome. Onion rings were fabulous and cole slaw to perfection. Had to waite to be seated as te pace was packed !”
“Great Food, Friendly Staff. Highly recommend the Bistro Steak one of the best around and my go to dish here at The Bistro! great beer and drink selections, something for everyone. A true gem in Marion! Kudos to the chefs, as usual we will be back and encouraging others to visit! Thanks for a great night!!”
“Definitely worth the trip, once this whole COVID thing is over I'm sure the sit down dining experience will be all the more worthwhile. Definitely recommend stopping by”
“I come here for the grilled cheese, it's top notch. The beers and ciders have never let me down, and the ambience is laid back but also fun! They have a game area as well with things like corn hole, ping pong, and darts.”
“Great food, beautiful rebuild since their fire, can see into clean kitchen, great service was very patient while we waited at table for last person to show up, $160 in cash fell out of my pocket when we left and our waitress ran out with it into the parking lot to give it back. I don’t usually write up reviews but they made a fan today.”
“I was visiting the area and decided to go to Tia Maria’s in New Bedford for breakfast. I had the most amazing Natas of my life.I wanted to order a dozen right there and then and they did not have enough. Then I was sent to the source! This bakery is overall amazing. I came for the natas and came out with more bread than I should have lolThe costumer service was phenomenal. Payment can be made in cash or card.I will definitely go back when I visit the area.”
“I go here almost every day for breakfast. The ladies are extraordinary, and the service is unmatched. Remember to bring cash or use Venmo. Nancy runs an amazing 'ship,' and I always leave there with a smile.”
“Excellent coffee at a fair price. This is a lovely and authentic location. The coffee has a pleasant scent that is both appealing and relaxing. Also, their taco was excellent--meaty, well-seasoned, and with the ideal sauce. There aren't many vegetarian or vegan options. If you chance to be in this neighborhood of New Bedford, I would strongly recommend this place.”
“Best Indian food I have ever had. A man that I presume to be the owner came over and talked to us about our dishes, they really seem to care. 10/10 recommend, service was a little slower but worth the wait.”
“Great little roadside breakfast/lunch place although I've never had there lunch there breakfast is good the linguica cheese rolls are amazing have to get one every time”
“The Mt Pleasant St New Bedfors location is where I went for lunch yesterday from work. The staff is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable to the different menu options. I have always loved the D'Angelos steak and cheese but the one I had this last time was AMAZING. I highly recommend!!!!!!”
“Stopped on our way home to Ontario. Owner was so friendly! Had her home made Mac n cheese and philly cheese steak, both really good and her Mac n cheese is top 3 of of Mac n cheese I've ever had. We had a few more items in the menu which my family tells me were also very good! Highly recommend stopping here!”
“Nice place to get a hairiest of dishes and drinks, summers you basically need a reservation in mid late October not so much so long as you dress warm and can enjoy an outdoor seating experience in the heated patio- definitely ”
“Great little spot in Rochester. Stopped for lunch on weekend afternoon, wasn’t too busy. Got some simple eats–buffalo chicken wrap with fries, and some sweet chili chicken tenders. Everything was cooked perfectly. Staff was friendly and prompt. Can’t ask for much more! Only thing I’d say could be improved is that fries shouldn’t be an additional cost for sandwiches, they should be included, not chips.”
