They were great while they still existed! Matt's blackboard is now permanently closed and now has a new restaurant in it's place under new ownership. The new place is a totally different entity and is not related to Matt's blackboard.

Great little spot in Rochester. Stopped for lunch on weekend afternoon, wasn’t too busy. Got some simple eats–buffalo chicken wrap with fries, and some sweet chili chicken tenders. Everything was cooked perfectly. Staff was friendly and prompt. Can’t ask for much more! Only thing I’d say could be improved is that fries shouldn’t be an additional cost for sandwiches, they should be included, not chips.
