I wish I could remember our servers name because SHE was the best thing about last night's gathering of friends at the 99. The food was very good but our server really was splendid. Made our evening even better than it already was. Some had the Haddock, 1 had the French onion soup and a salad. I had the short ribs, a first for me. I seldom eat beef more than once or trice a year. Usually get salmon. Those short ribs were fall apart tender and very tasty. Yum!

I'm not sure what happened here, but this is not the same place The bar staff on Monday afternoons are horrible To add insult to injury, the only effort she showed me was soliciting for donations to help the employees. How insulting and inappropriate to ambush your customer with that non sense When I told her that was BS and out of line, she looked at me like I was Satan Marie was smart to leave this place

They frequently forget parts of the order( generally one side and/or a sauce such as cocktail sauce that was requested with the online order), and it's not worth driving all the way back for forgotten items. However, the order is basically ruined if you were looking forward to cocktail sauce with your fried shrimp or your side of coleslaw. They don't even substitute them with incorrect items. They are just missing.

Walked in at 1pm for lunch. Took 15 mins just to get drinks. By 145 our orders had been in for 30 mins and still hadn't recieved anything. Including the side salads that are customary to be served before the entree.Asked the manager for our salads and 1/2 were brought to the table. We decided it wasn't worth the frustration anymore and left. This is the 3rd 99 we have tried in the area and all the same the service is terrible. The food is good but not worth the hassle of the everything else.

Service varies by server and day vs night..Sadly getting worse by the dayOnly 3-4 servers and 2 bartenders worth the visit anymore

This visit will be my last. Really slow service, after our wait for anyone to show up to sit us at all. ( their were two other booths with two people in them so why so slow? My food upon arrival was charred and room temp vs hot. I noticed I did not feel that great after leaving and was sick for about 3 hours off and on. So my visit was not good.

My first experience at a 99 restaurant. We were welcomed right away. They have Pepsi products. We started with the mozzarella moons with mananira sauce. They were great,but the mananira sauce was cold. I had their boneless wings and potato skin sampler. It was good. I got honey BBQ sauce instead of the buffalo. My husband got the county fried steak with mashed potatoes. He really liked his meal. I really liked how they had their new fall menu. We got Samuel Adams Octoberfest on draft today. I also love that they serve you popcorn first. Our waiter was great. Fast and attentive.
