Our resident Thanksgiving was today. Without question one of the best Thanksgiving meals I have ever had. Turkey was so moist, cooked to perfection, along with the stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy and carrots. Definitely my go to caterers!!!

In business for over 65 years.Everything is made on premises from scratch by the ownerMichael. He puts his blood, sweat and tears into every single dish he makes.Check him out, you won’t be disappointed.

We’ve ordered thanksgiving meals here many times, food came out great!

“You were taken off of our list because your mom died right before thanksgiving and your holiday was forever changed. And no, we don’t care that you paid for the order, even though you you didn’t take it. We just have a long, fat, cylindrical botanical specimen impaled in our posterior orifice. And take pride in ourselves for that.”

I normally dont write this kind of review, particularly for a small business, but I am outraged by the unprofessional experlience that my sister just had here. My sister has ordered Thanksgiving dinner here for as long as I can remember. Even on years that she wasn't hosting, she would but a meal because she didn't want to get " off the list".Last year she had to cancel a portion of the order when our mother passed away on November 12th. She went and picked up her order and paid as normal. When she called today to put in this year's order she was told she was no longer " on the list " because she had cancelled part of her order. She clearly called and cancelled or her original order would have been there when she picked up.She tried to explain to the owner that had she been told the ramifications, she would have paid for the original order and donated the extra food. No one at the time that she modified the order or when she picked up said anything about no longer being allowed to order.She has been a loyal customer for well over a decade and has raved about this place in the past. I find it incredible that a family business would have no compassion or concerns for such such a dedicated customer.

This company was on time, ready and staff looked presentable. the set up food table presentation was eye catching and unique. I have gone back many times now to them for Weddings, baby showers, kids parties, and even thanksgiving dinner. I will continue to go to them for upcoming events and recommend in when asked because of my personal experiences and his encounters with family friends functions as well. If you try them, I’m sure that you too will be satisfied with them. I notice every event no matter how big or small the same attention to detail is there with impeccable food, attentive service, and a variety of casual or classy menu options from daytime lunch to 5 star dining with very reasonable prices. I think over all, I just enjoy the attentive and plain nice customer service, that seems to be almost extinct nowadays.

We ordered our Christmas dinner for the 22nd, an early date but it was the only time the entire family could get together. I was on the way to pick up the food when we get a call. Hart Bros Caterers forgot to cook our turkey. Our family Christmas dinner was ruined. Utterly unprofessional and unacceptable for a catering business, especially at this time of year. Never going with them ever again.
