Best Cuban sandwich I have ever had!
I’ve been dying to get my Cuban food fix! Finally got to go for lunch, and I have got to say:
The smell of fresh baked bread when you walk in is intoxicating.
All of your Puerto Rican and Cuban favourites are here. I got a roast pork sandwich, but the plates going by with chuletas, mofongo, pernil, guisados, yuca, salads, were all freshly prepared. Mima's Cuban Cafe is a gem of a restaurant serving delicious and genuine Cuban food. The warm and welcoming atmosphere makes customers feel like part of the family. The service is super friendly and attentive, making every guest feel like family. The food is absolutely amazing and incredibly delicious, with an excellent, amazing taste. Guests have raved about the cuisine, including the ropa vieja, platanos madura, empanadas, yuca con mojo, and a cuban sandwich that was incredibly delicious. The cozy sit-down cafe area may not have a ton of seating, but it creates a charming dining experience. The staff is so nice and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate every request. Mima's Cuban Cafe is an incredible spot and a must-try destination, highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Cuban cuisine right in Rockland, Massachusetts.
