Amazing food! Ordered the Bouillabaisse and it was phenomenal. Great service and nice people. Highly recommend if you’re staying in the Rockport area!

Very great food. Service in good, but not the best I've seen. Also, the bathrooms were tiny. Very hard to use.

We were at the Blue Lobster Grill on October 10th 2021 at about 4:30 pm. The food was fantastic and before we sat down to eat we were conversing with another customer that was just raving about the food. Our waitress was super friendly. Then came the disappointment from our waitress Charissa. She asked if we were paying by card or cash. We said cash! She looked at her book and said the total is 72.50 before tip. We ordered Lobster Scampi 35.95 and fish taco 13.95 and 1 coffee 2.50. She didn't bring a bill until I questioned the charges. Oh look, the total was actually 56.07. With Tax. So take caution if paying with cash or even card. Get a receipt or a bill before you get ripped off by the scammer Charissa. Huge disappointment!

Well well well. We went there because their menu had a Brazilian/ Portuguese special dish that we want to try. First the (abrupt) waitress told us they were out of calamari and lobster. We were like ok, we wanted to order the special anyways and np. Then, when we ordered, she told us they were not doing that special dish (why did they give us the special sheet?) because they are out of RICE! . Seriously? That is pretty tough to be out of rice. So I ordered grilled shrimp and no rice, so I had salad and veggies as sides. There were 3 pieces of broccoli there and carrots. . The waitress is nice but very abrupt who reminds me of China under collectivism. Wow, what an experience! Very interesting. Try it if you want that.

We stumbled upon this quaint restaurant while strolling the downtown area of Rockport! You could tell they were short staffed but they still seated us quickly. We got a hot and cozy bowl of clam chowder - so creamy and delicious! We also shared a fish and chips plate. The fish was flaky and cooked well. The tartar sauce was great too! A cute place to check out if you’re looking for yummy seafood in Rockport.

Pretty much what you can expect from a tourist site. We were full but the bill was high too lol like the waitress tho. Very friendly

Very limited choices and the chef won't accept suggestions with ingredients already in: avocado sandwich instead of wrap or veggie quesadillas or simple items to enhance the experience there.

Overpriced takeout meal. Lobster casserole, small portion, packaged in a crumpled up tin foil boat within a cardboard takeout box. Disappointing and not what I expected for a $35 dinner entree. Server forgot to include ketchup for the side of fries after i asked if everything was in the bag and she brusquely told me yes and walked away. My daughter’s Cesaer salad with a side of curried scallops was good. Lobster bisque was good. When I called ahead at 5:30 to ask questions about the best time to place dinner takeout order, staff was NOT helpful. Told me they might close early but couldn’t predict what time. . May be a better dine in experience.

With many restaurants in Rockport closed on Monday, we were so happy to see that Blue Lobster was open! My husband and I both ordered the baked scallops, and they were delicious. Fresh, crunchy Ritz cracker topping-and a generous portion! The seasonal veggies were broccoli and carrots. They were also outstanding, being cooked to order. Wait staff was very friendly and accommodating. They do have outdoor seating. Thank you Blue Lobster Grill for the best scallops we've had in years!

I greatly enjoyed the “Lobster Scampi”. It was phenomenal. Sadly, due to the covids, the tables in back of the restaurant, with the amazing views were closed. Staff was stretched thin and obviously overworked but doing their best.

Good service. 'Medium rare' hamburger was pretty well done, but still tasty.

My two daughters, sister and I were looking forward to eating our lunch here on September 3 as the restaurant had not been open the last two days. We had just sat down outside and the nice waitress had gone inside to get waters for us. Another waiter came out and asked my daughter if she had another container to put her son in as he said the stroller he was in was blocking the area. We were all mortified by how he acted so rudely. He then tried to justify his remarks by saying he would not want to come out with hot food and burn him. We left the table and decided to eat elsewhere. Because of the rudeness of this waiter, we will not return to eat here!

Short staffed like most places but the waitress was very nice. I wish the food had been worth it. Lobster roll for $30.95 was skimpy and blah. Fish and chips had tasteless batter and were overcooked. Pass on this place.

5 stars based on the Brazilian fish stew. A tomato based stew with lots of seafood with a little lime. Screaming hot in a clay bowl. The back dining room has a view of the port, but it was closed due to the tropical storm working it's way up the coast.

Casual seafood restaurant in a great spot in Rockport. Went for a light dinner and had salads and lobster rolls. All good. Service was excellent and everything was very clean.
