Someone should report the owner Paula Braga for wage theft since she forces the employee too claim tips just to take it away on your paycheck. That's Definitely an illegal practice "FLSA"

10-24-2020. Time 9:38 AMOrdered a coffee and a maple sugar bacon got the coffee but not the sandwich. Had to leave to get the 950 Bus. I tried to ask what happened to it if she even made it but she was too busy. but since this happened I wasted $4.27 and I'm very upset.

Do not come to this Dunkin’ if your in a hurry 32 minutes standing inside waiting for a breakfast sandwich while not even busy I will never come back to this location

Could someone PLEASE instill in the employees about food handling safety?!? Taking money from customers and then reaching for a donut with the same BARE hands is not cool!!! Bringing this up to the employee has fallen on deaf ears. This is a regular occurrence at the Rockport Railroad Ave store.

My husband and I stopped in for an iced tea & and iced coffee, we were the only people when we walked in. We ordered and stepped aside as the girl started making our drinks. Then a man walked in, she put our cups down and started talking to him (he seemed to be a regular customer) she then started to make him a drink at the espresso machine. My cup and my husbands cup were both filled with ice and all it needed was the liquid and a cover. We waited almost 5mns while she ignored our order to make his, even though he had gone into the restroom after a couple minutes. I had to walk out for fear of getting snippy with this girl. I will never go back there again, and unless that's your "regular" spot I would t recommend it as they don't seem to care much about random customers.

Coffee always seems to be burnt, and if you don't drink it black you get more cream than coffee. Cumby's has this place beat hands down.
