I am obsessed with this restaurant! I dined here over the summer for my Bachelorette party. We had 16 people in our party so we called a couple months ahead to ensure they could accommodate. We were seated at the front patio at a large table which made it easy to share apps and gave us a wholesome view of the town. We were so impressed by all the food! It was so hard to pick just one entrée so we were passing plates back and forth so everyone had a chance to try a bite of everything. The cocktails were some of the best I have had in awhile! I got a hot & dirty martini. I was in awe at how kind the staff was! I know hosting a big bachelorette group can be tiresome but the waitstaff was SO sweet. Can't wait to go back!

Stopped in for a couple of drinks before moving onto dinner somewhere else. We should have stayed! The bar tenders were lovely and the drinks were great.

The atmosphere was good. Food was mid in my opinion. None of the entrees seemed that interesting so I ended up getting two appetizers and it was more than enough food. The lobster bisque was great, the crab with avocado was ok. The gambas al ajillo was small and ok. My friends thought the cod was a little bland.

I’m giving it a low star due to the hostess. Our waitress and food were great and she was given a generous tip.
We had a long line ahead of us apparently we were the only ones with a 7:30 reservation. So the people around us said you should check in with the hostess. I went through the line to check in. Mind you if you are 15 minutes late they let go of yourvtable and for 2people you face a $50 charge. The hostess shooed me away as a man yelled at me saying there’s a line here. Upon my belief he and his partner did not have a reservation
When the hostess came back she asked if they the people behind us if they were next. This very kind lady said take them they have a reservation
Very odd experience given their policy on reservations. I feel like I need to get a t-shirt I’m not a line jumper I have a reservation!😊”

Really enjoyed our meal here. We hadn't booked, but they managed to fit us in on a table outside, luckily there are heaters, as it was a bit chilly.
Service was great, really friendly and helpful and good range of food on the menu, plus some specials.
I had the halibut special and my partner had the crab with avocado and both were fresh, beautifully cooked/prepared and tasty.
I had an enormous portion of halibut, bit too much, but it had to be eaten :). The fish was delicious, perfectly cooked with just a crispy bottom yet moist inside. It came with a corn salad, which came with tomatoes and cucumber - what is it about New England sweetcorn that makes it so good.
The crab was also a good size portion and had a delicate, fresh flavour and came with some tasty avocado, all presented in a nice circle with crostini.
Great evening, another great meal.

Our whole experience at F&W was odd. To sum it up quickly. The waitress refused to ask the chef to cook my salmon well done, as I like it. We were told the chef cooks everything on the menu as he likes and no requests would be taken. We were given the option to order something else or not order. So we left. We’ve dined all over the world. The Savoy in London was happy to accommodate my well done salmon…
The food was good, the bourbon cocktails I got were not the best. Biggest complaints are slow service and the food is very pricey for what it is.
Out of all the places we ate on our trip, this was the BEST. Super friendly staff and excellent menu, shout out to our server Melissa who was not hovering or unfounded during the service. We started out with Local Jonah Crab, which was crab meat over a bed of avocado and crostini to dip with. Excellent combination and paired so well together that we found ourselves looking for more bread to finish the dip. Shrimp eggrolls were perfectly put together and fried, they were so full of flavor. Shrimp fra diavolo was splendid and not lacking any flavor, shrimp, or pasta. Eggplant parmesan was expertly cooked and NOT mushy or soaked in oil, but delightfully firm and prepared with great care. Warning you on the Bonny Bread, you will ask for 5 loaves to take home. Amazingly baked sour dough bread with a soft inside and the best crust outside, served with chive butter. Side note on the atmosphere, if you stay till close, the wait staff will have "family dinner" where they eat together before cleaning up for closing. They all help each other and continue to take care of customers who are finished with their meals and just enjoying the downtime. You never felt pushed to leave, and seeing the staff sit, laugh, and enjoy their meals speaks volumes to the establishments focus on a happy staff. Bravo and well done ?

We wanted to discover Feather & Wedge as it was close to the Shalin Liu Concert Hall where we had reservations. Except for the young hostess who welcomed us when we arrive, the service was rude and snooty: the first waitress immediately said that we needed to "get out"one hour after our arrival as our table was reserved, then got a snobby attitude when we did not order wine or drinks.
Our overpriced $29 bolognese pasta were OK but not the best, and for the high price, we would also have expected larger portions. When we got the bill, I remarked that my daughter's Feather & Wedge salad was invoiced $22 instead of $17 on the menu. (Note: this was a quarter of an iceberg lettuce + 4 cherry tomatoes + 3 pieces of bacon and some dressing.), I was told that the correct price was $22 and that the menu had not been updated. The snobby waitress came back with a $5 "discount" because I insisted. We had a very bad experience. This restaurant is overpriced for the poor service and food quality, and we will not go back.

The food was good but overpriced. Are restaurants still trying to make up for what they lost during Covid? The wine pour skimpy for $14 (the least expensive for mediocre wine). The service snooty and poor. Dishes not cleared until after we paid the check. Asked the hostess for our check after waiting a long time, she said go find your waitress! As my husband looked at the check (outside at night with only candlelight) the waitress said it’s ok I’m not trying to scam you! Wow!

The service was lovely. Both the host, our server, and the other employees were amazing. The oysters were delectable, and the wine was on point. Our dessert was the best little sweet ending. However, the most disappointing part of our entire meal was our entree. We both got the lobster risotto and forked out a pretty penny for it. It was bland, lacked any flavor whatsoever, and there was barely any lobster for a $44 meal. We added a ton of salt and pepper, but that barely made a difference.

We had a reservation for 6pm but unfortunately we were late due to having difficulty parking. The server told us we would have to give up our table at 7pm but could move inside the bar which is what we did. But after an hour we were rudely told we had to leave because another party had reserved those seats. No effort made to try to seat us elsewhere. The food was very good though a bit pricey but the service leaves much to be desired.

Except the fact that the acoustic there is terrible (it's a small place and wasn't even full but was hard to hear each other. While outside was quiet and peaceful), I do recommend it. The food was excellent, great choices of wines and excellent service.
