Where to start?? Incredibly rude and unhelpful girl at the counter or the disappointing $40 lobster dinner? I will never spend another penny at this place and I do not recommend unless you like your lobster extra tough.

The girl that took our order was rude, lobster was tough, and restaurant was not very clean. On a good note, the day was glorious so we ate outside. The view of the ocean from the restaurant was fantastic.

Food is good, view is spectacular, location just next to the entrance of Halibut Point Park. And, the Northern light is wonderful! Only if you can get into this neighborhood since people came from all over and jammed the traffic.

Great lobster roll in a beautiful location
A great place for a quick stop when visiting this lovely area. We took the fisherman's plate and were not disappointed. Everything (fish, squid, shrimps, scallops) was fried to perfection and delicious.
Lobster roll was just OK, and for this price (28$) it's not worth it for me.
View from the terrace is a real plus, and in a beautiful day it's all you need.

Bland and tasteless lobster and roll. Minimal amount lobster. Good fries and view but that’s it. Would not go back.

Had a very good lunch here. Between the two of us we had shrimp, Haddock and scallops. All were very good. We were here right after Labour Day weekend, so no wait. This place gets busy. My only minor comment is that I don’t care for their tartar sauce - it tastes like it’s seasoned with five spice. Other than that, excellent. Lovely setting and views.

View is great. Food is bad. We ordered the lobster casserole. Probably 2oz of lobster meat and 6 oz of ritz crackers. Awful. Fries were good though .
I ignored the google reviews and now regret it.

The Lobster Pool offers a lovely dining experience with its nice outside seating area and beautiful view of the ocean. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a meal while taking in the scenery.
The food was good overall. I especially enjoyed the lobster roll, which was tasty and not soggy—a big plus in my book! The steamers were a hit at our table, though I wasn’t personally a fan due to a texture issue, but that’s just me and not the restaurant’s fault.
A few things to note: The Lobster Pool is BYOB, so plan accordingly. Parking is limited, but it’s definitely worth the drive for the view and the food. Also, the dining experience is very informal—guests order inside and pick up their food at the counter.
If you’re looking for a relaxed, no-frills dining experience with great views, the Lobster Pool is a fantastic choice!
