I placed a mobile order through the Dunkin’ app and received the wrong items—I ordered one sausage wrap and one bacon and cheese wrap but was given two sausage wraps. When I politely asked for the order to be corrected, the manager refused and said my only option was a refund. During the interaction, the manager spoke to me inappropriately, including using offensive language in Spanish, and her behavior felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I was also concerned about the handling of my food, which left me uncomfortable. I’ve had many positive experiences at Dunkin’ in the past, which made this especially disappointing. Mistakes happen, but how staff handle them really matters. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the standards I expect from Dunkin’.

Every time I go to this dukin donuts there is either hair or coffee grains around my cup . I think someone is doing this on purpose . I am an autistic disabled woman and I feel like they are doing this to hurt my feelings. It hurts when I pay money for coffee and there's hair on it or the cup is dirty . So many bad things are happening in my life at the moment and I think this might be the thing that gets me to end things

The morning staff is very lazy. I ordered a bacon, egg, & cheese on a croissant and the staff member thought that she could just throw it in the microwave and give it to me. I opened the sandwich in front of her because I knew the croissant was not toasted. She took it back and just let it sit until it was burnt, instead of making a new one. Lazy workers!! If you want a tasty sandwich in the morning try another Dunkin’.

The meat( sausages ) are never fully cooked and usually smells like raw meat. When I request well done they do not complete my request. The problem is they are in such a rush to fill orders that they do not warm- cook it for the full allowed time
