It’s amazing how mnay times I have ordered coffee from this restaurant on uber and received a coke. The receipt they staple on the bag says coffee. Mistakes happen but clearly at this store they are not paying attention to detail.

Terrible drive-thru customer service. Every Sunday, the same Spanish-speaking lady is working, and she consistently treats customers poorly. I don’t appreciate being greeted with “What you want?” and “Anything else?” in a rude tone. It makes the ordering experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Today I ended up canceling my order because of how disrespectful she was. Her customer service skills are extremely unprofessional

They are supposedly opened at 6am , yet every time i drive through at around 6:15/6:25am there are no staff answering the drive through calls. They need to update their times if they are not opened at 6am! this literally happen every weekend!

Many years of being a customer of this location, i had such of bad experience today! Waiting at the window a girl handled me a happy meal which i said that i didnt order that, she asked for my receipt which i gave to her after a long wait she handled me the bag and she was all over the place, started making my frappe and stopped to tell another one about my order i parked checked my bag and I was missing my two orders of chicken nuggets! Went inside and spoke to a guy who replaced them but she kept yelling that she gave them to me with an attitude! This girl has no customer service and barely speaks english! SO UNPROFESSIONAL

Don't come here if you don't speak Spanish. Nowhere in the world McDonald's taken 40 minutes to make one Burger, that too,a mobile order. THey are not slow they just ignore you.
While waiting for my coffee at this location and another customer had an issue with his cup there was a hole in the side of it while he was asking for a new cup. He was having a hard time communicating with the employees because they spoke hardly any English if you’re working in a fast food restaurant, you should be required to speak some English to be able to communicate with customers. He had to repeat himself five times before I stepped in and said something.

This McDonald’s is getting worse by the day.
I went to the drive through this morning at 6am, told me that they weren’t ready to open until 6:15, and then at 6:15 they proceed to tell me they have no food available.
I mean this is a McDonald’s that is supposed to have food, they barely have their soda machine working- and the employees there are just rude to customers.

Had I brought it in my vehicle that would’ve been a whole different story .. they have a team who’s just there to get a check . Their priorities are not for the customers clearly if you missed that ,
