I recently dined at this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. From start to finish, the service was appalling and left a sour taste in my mouth.Upon entering, there was no warm welcome or acknowledgment from the staff. We had to wait for what felt like an eternity before anyone bothered to seat us, despite the restaurant being nearly empty.Once seated, the wait for our orders was excruciatingly long. It took ages for a server to even come to our table to take our drink orders, and when they finally did, they seemed disinterested and unfriendly.When the food finally arrived, it was subpar at best. The dishes were lukewarm, indicating they had been sitting out for some time before being served. Not to mention, the presentation was sloppy, and it was evident that little care went into preparing our meals.To make matters worse, when we tried to address our concerns with the manager, they were dismissive and unapologetic. Instead of acknowledging our dissatisfaction, they brushed us off and seemed uninterested in resolving the issues.Overall, my experience at Shaking Seafood Restaurant was incredibly disappointing. The lackluster service, mediocre food quality, and indifferent management left me feeling frustrated and unlikely to return. Save yourself the hassle and choose a different dining option.

I love the food in this place but the environment is not all that great, they need to upgrade on the decor, parking is minimal only a few spots out front for two hours and there is a parking lot about 3 mins walk away. For four people they gave us on little fry box with popcorn with no refills??♀️so whiles waiting we can have 6 popcorn kernels between us, but with all the down side the food is great and price is reasonable, will visit againKid-friendliness: They have high chairs but not really kid friendly

The servant was very rude and greedy after I spent $100.95 and give her $5 for tip because she served me the food she told me if I don’t tip her more money I was not welcome no more.Parking: Parking difficult to find.
