Was told 45 minutes for the pizza get there a little over 45 minutes later and am told it'll be another 25 minutes now normally I get it I've worked food service. But usually they give me a range of 45 minutes to an hour this time however I was told 45 minutes with no range. I had to leave a get together to get the pizza and then am told when I get here they are adding another 25 minutes.

I used to enjoy their pizza and grinders but not anymore. They changed their ingredients. Pizza sauce tastes like bottled Rago sauce and steak and cheese grinders should be called stringy fat and cheese grinder. Last time I ordered this I could not even chew it, so fatty, I threw it out. Burgers are frozen patty's which are dry and tasteless, Absolutely terrible. No more for me. Sad that this place has slipped so bad. 3 times now I got sick eating the food. I will be driving elsewhere from now on or maybe cook at home, what a novel idea! I also agree with other posters that they take care of the bar first while others have to wait so long.

Went last weekend and ate at the bar. Friendly and welcoming patrons and staff.
The two gals bartending were making great looking drinks and shots for people, and they were HAPPY while working. Exceptional service.
Had clam chowder, fried mozz and the filet tip gorgonzola on special. Everything was great.
Looking forward to visiting again soon. Beautiful ride out there, to boot.

Nice ride out to the Russell Inn. ((Don't speed Enjoy the views!!!)) Place looked PACKED. Pleasantly surprised when we walked inside. The gals working and taking care of us were top notch. Also top notch... Everything we ordered!!!! Fried mozz, clam chowder, gorgonzola steak tips with fettuccine Mmmmmmm. I knew this place was owned by an Italian when i caught myself drinking the marinara. Check this place out.

Love the place but their food has gone way downhill. I used to get steak and cheese grinders but now all you get is steak loaded with fat and stringy couldn't even chew it. Threw it away. This happened several times recently as a gave them a second chance in case it was a one tone accident but guess not.

They have terrific food. Katie was very accommodating with a last minute change for 20 guests. Food was fabulous. Everyone left happy and satisfied.
I had the worst pizza ever tonight. I ordered chicken, spinach , artichoke, normally a favorite. The chicken was very dry, there was no sauce, little cheese, and it was flavorless. We told our waitress. All she said was, “I’ll tell the owner, he’s making the pizza”. Based on this overall experience, I would not return or recommend this place to anyone. I am dumbfounded no one came out to apologize or offer compensation or a replacement.

Great food and drinks. Issue is on the bar side, the girl with brown hair always has a hard time leaving the bar to attend the tables. Jane doe at the bar is being served their 7th drink by the time the people at the table get their first. I recommend to the manager to get the bartenders out from behind the bar more to attend tables on the bar side

I hate to write these negative reviews, but I feel its in the best interest of the general public to know. My boyfriend and I ordered a pizza this evening and brought it back home to enjoy. It unfortunately contained an unwanted addition. After consuming a decent portion of this pizza we discovered a greasy still moving cockroach in the remaining portion. Breaks my heart to come to the decision to not eat here anymore. We certainly hope they contact an exterminator and fix this issue for their patrons, yet we unfortunately will not be returning. Please inspect your food before and after you pick it up and bring it into your home.
