“Went to try out Crave Cafe today and the town had lost power after we ordered. The staff were absolutely amazing with handling the situation. We were able to get a refund on the one thing they couldn’t make without power and they got us out the other food very quickly. I definitely recommend stopping and checking out this cute cafe! I’ll definitely be back to try their crepes next time!”

“Tonight was our first time at Santiago’s. We live right in Westfield and had no clue there was such a gem hidden in plain sight on Franklin Street! Everyone was super friendly, food was authentic, prices reasonable. Can’t wait to come back!”

“I would have given it 4.5 stars if there were half stars. It's clean, and has local honey, and their ice cream in containers, for sale. The ice cream cones are good, but my ice cream was not entirely smooth, like it was freezer burned or maybe had been warmer from a power problem or something, and then refrozen.The animals are fun to see and feed, and seem well cared for. And the animal part is free. There is a small, and I mean small, playground there for little kids, but it won't hold their interest for too long. A couple of big tractor tires and some sand. But, you don't go there for that, so it's ok.You will have a nice drive out there, especially in the fall, and it's a good experience for the kids, for the money. The ice creams have homemade waffle cones, and in the past, the ice cream was smooth and creamy. (Maybe ask for a sample to see if the flavor you want has ice crystals in it.)A good trip with little kids.”

“What a lovely place. Very friendly staff. The coffee was very nice, not extra hot like I asked, but still very good coffee. The atmosphere is nice and they're clearly always busy! The cheddar biscuit was tasty too, but should have been warmed up a little longer to not be cold in the middle.”

“My favorite brewery in MA, a lot of people get really excited with one in specific, but I will talk about beer quality and no popularity, this guys brew one of my favorite Mexican inspired beers, a Pinneapple Jalapeño, as shows on the images they're really colorful, for a radpberry-banana, a blueberry-guava, strawberry-passionfruut and a regular NEIPA... again I gave the title of my favorite beer and brewery of the state based on the quality of the beer, and always visit the brewery is a great experience, if you see the smoke truck without hesitation try the food 100% recommended, I do recommend this brewery 100%!”

“First time visit and the food was very good. I got the broccoli and chicken Alfredo and my husband the buttermilk chicken and fries. Both were quality and tasted great. The service as good and the servers were friendly. It's definitely a neighborhood type pub/tavern atmosphere but the regulars were welcoming and so much fun. A great place to chill out with good company and good food. They also have entertainment which you can find on their website. Give this place a try!!”
