My grandkids love this place. I do not. Long wait for food. You need to ask for silverware.

Delicious food and super quick! Had the most amazing, customer-focused waitress to boot; extremely friendly (no pun intended) and very well organized. She was so on top of things that she almost seemed to be reading our minds.

Worst experience! I live less than 5 minutes away from this location. I ordered a LG nuts over caramel sundae and a LG cookies and cream sundae. She took my card and ran it. The. Told me they were out of cookies and cream. So instead I asked her to substitute for the chocolate crunch sundae. I took them and drive the few minutes home, took a moment to change into shorts and when we went to eat them, they were already soupy and the chocolate crunch was some mint crunch thing. I immediately took them back and told them the situation. One worker said the chocolate crunch is a special and they don't have it. (That would have been nice to know when I ordered it. Plus it's up on the website - see pic below). I asked them to make a new nuts over caramel and a forbidden chocolate crunch which they said they were out of so I asked them to just refund my money. There was a lot if eye rolls and the manager was very huffy and she did not even extend an apology that I had a bad experience. Bad service all around.

I don't know where to start other than customer service. First we got a *sigh* from the hostess when we asked for the window shade to be pulled down since the sun was beaming off of the table we we're being placed at. The waitress herself seemed miserable. No happiness, no how are you today, no enthusiasm. She then proceeded to ignore my child when he asked to place his order. At the end She placed the check on the table without a word. Not even Thank you have a nice night! All that came across from her person was I don't wanna be here. So much so that it made it so we will not be returning to this location. Customer service is everything. Even though for some reason the food was very greasy , had the customer service been great we still could have had a good experience. You could have the best food on Earth but if the people presenting the food are not willing to make an effort with the guests it brings down the whole place. So sad. We used to love Friendly's. Now it's hard to see why they even have that name.
