The best place we stumbled upon in Salem. My husband and I wanted a good glass of wine when we decided to try Adriatic. The atmosphere was lovely, we sat outside, we were greeted by Daniel and served by Ben. These two staff members made our experience even greater. We ordered a bottle of wine and the hummus platter. I’ve never had such delicious beet hummus. My husband and I will be returning for dinner. Exceptional service, thank you Ben and Daniel.

Our waitress was so kind! Very punctual and even offered to take a photo of us! And on top of that the food was delicious!
Delicious! But make sure you make a reservation before you go.
Great vibe, goid food, friendly service. Feels like you are in the Adriatic, not the heart of Salem!
Tic tic :)
One of the best spots in Salem if you're craving amazing Italian food. Adriatic has that perfect mix of cozy and classy, and the outdoor seating is such a great bonus, especially on a nice day. The owner is super friendly and welcoming, and the staff make you feel right at home. Every dish I’ve tried has been fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care—authentic Italian through and through. Highly recommend for a relaxed night out or a special dinner. Will definitely be back!
Pizza was great! JILL our server was very kind and great service!
Nice place with good atmosphere. Went to dinner here after Night Fair Oct 19th. No reservation but my girl and I were seated promptly at 9 or so. Busy night in Salem and I really appreciated their accommodation/preparation for walk-ins. The grilled octopus app was very good. Perfectly cooked. Espresso martini done right, dark as ordered. Chicken saltimbocca was slightly overdone, the thin breast was dry-ish, but the lovely sauce and other components made the plate good enough that I left nothing behind. Her pork loin dish was similarly devoured. Miguel, the server for the majority of our meal, was charming, attentive, and executed very well. His replacement, Isabella...?, was equally pleasing. Dan, the front end manager ?, made an appearance, and another server who had skillfully handled a table of ladies within earshot during our meal, checked in on us as well. They seem focused on customer satisfaction. I look forward to going back.

We were extremely dissatisfied with our experience. Beginning with the outrageous inconsistency between the quality and the price of our meal- our roasted potatoes with rosemary side dish was $8 for one single boiled potato and a few flecks of dried rosemary. There was more dried parsley than rosemary and the dish was not salted whatsoever. The pizzas we ordered came in at nearly $23 per plate for a pizza that fit on an 11" diameter dinner plate. Portions were tiny and again, our food was undersalted and lacked seasoning. Overall, all of our orders were bland.
Moreover, we were seated next to a Halloween statue that kept swinging in the wind until it fell onto our group member twice. After the first time, we were told that they would look for some weights to hold the statue down, but management disappeared without addressing the issue until the statue fell down a second time. Our server was trying his best and we do not fault him alone for this experience. But it is clear that there is a major disconnect between management and the type of dining experience they believe they are providing.
Overall, this restaurant had poor customer service, below mediocre food, and prices that do not mirror the quality of our experience. While we can’t speak on some of the more popular entrees, I would hope that a restaurant as highly rated as this one would be consistent and put the same amount of care across their whole menu. Unfortunately, it seems like we found the weak spots in their menu and service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is probably the worst Italian restaurant I’ve been to. We paid 100$+ for two mediocre Pasta dishes. The pumpkin ravioli was very sweet, and flavorless, an insult to Italian cuisine. The homemade taguiatelle was overheated, and tasted so unfresh.
Can’t believe how much we paid for this. They don’t replace the table cloth, so it actually smelled like damp. My plate was broken. The employees look miserable.

Absolutely horrible. Had to ask for a server multiple times after they sat us and no one came over after 15 minutes. Bartender can’t recommend a drink. All the servers just stood in the back and never came out. Asked for an indoor table and they sat us right by the outside opening. Would not recommend and would rather go hungry.
