Update: Fine. 2 stars. Because I respect businesses that reply to reviewers. Most don't. I can absolutely afford a 20% tip. I WANT to tip 20%. BUT, a tip is a reflection of the service by the waitstaff. They are, right now, getting rewarded 20% of the bill regardless if their service is A+ or F. 15% is if they do their job in my world. Anything over 15% is if they do it better than required. 20% if they hit a home run. Bar seating is even easier because I am right in front of their face compared to on the floor where they come to me. So 20% for bar seating is absolutely ridiculous. Anyway, we were the only ones at the bar for the majority of the visit and he deserved 10%; slow to refill drinks and get us the check. But, he got 20% for doing sub-par work. The intent of a poor overall rating is to make an impact to the owners and potential patrons. I always look at recent, bad reviews before recent good reviews. I wanna see what problems a place has before considering going. I want others to see as well. Tipping is out of control; not my responsibility to make up for low-paying bosses. IF that is underlying reason for 20%.
Some of the best pizza I have had. Automatic 20% gratitude for 2 people is beyond ridiculous, however. There is a sign a the door so it wasn't a surprise but I wanted to try this place.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing Pizza – Just Like the Name Says!
We stopped by Amazing Pizza while in town, and wow — it truly lives up to its name! The pizza was everything you want pizza to be: perfectly crispy, fresh, and homemade with the kind of crust that tastes like real, old-school pizza should. The Caesar salad was to die for — the dressing was clearly homemade, rich, and full of flavor (actually, all their dressings are homemade!).
The cookies were another highlight — crispy on the outside, yet soft and chewy inside — just perfect.
On top of the incredible food, the owner was absolutely wonderful. We were traveling from out of town and about to catch a flight, and she went above and beyond by letting us change and repack in the restroom. Her kindness and hospitality truly made our day.
If you’re anywhere near this place, don’t miss it — great food, great people, and genuine care for their customers. Also VERY Reasonably priced! I know a good pie. I’m from Youngstown heart of Italian. This specific pizza is supposed to be thin and crispy and not floppy and it was just that again AMAZING!

Was visiting Salem and tried the pepperoni pizza slices .. was so good I ended up going back and getting the garlic cheese bread ... The lady was super friendly and provided excellent service ... Overall I feel this is the best pizza I've had in Salem after eating at about 5 different restaurants during my stay. You can't go wrong with this restaurant. 10/10

Amazing pizza!! Flew out from colorado just to come eat here, watched the Dave Portnoy Review, and damn it was good!!
I’m in the area often and One Bite Pizza scored an 8.1 so I had to go. I walked by it a couple of times as signage hard to find think Jacqui would get more foot traffic with better signage. Anyway, the pizza was the best I’ve had on the North Shore it blows away Santarpios Route 1 location. Asked what the house speciality entree was and Jacqui said without hesitation the Shrimp Scampi. I returned the next day and had the Scampi and it was fantastic. It’s a tough spot to find parking and I’m trusting Jacqui gets tremendous walk up traffic as I wouldn’t attempt to park here if I didn’t know how good it was. Since I do I’d spin around the block on October 31 10 times to get that Scampi again. Go enjoy you won’t be sorry you did!

The amazing pizza? Definitely should be called amazingly bad pizza. I am a pizza snob and I call it the way it is, unlike Mr. Portnoy. The Caesar salad was a pile of romaine with nasty crutons and a plastic vat of dressing. The pizza has almost no flavor and was truly nothing more than a glorified frozen pizza (Newman’s is better). The only satisfactory part was the meatball sub. Not sure how Portnoy gave this an 8.2. Born and raised in NJ so I know what a great pie is. Very disappointed.

We were really impressed with their commitment to making everything in house using high quality ingredients. They don’t cut corners. This is a great pizza option in Salem, whether you are staying near the Wharf or not. Jacqui is so great!

Amazing Pizza!!! I loved this place. Fantastic homemade pizza, sandwiches, bread, onion rings, and I could go on. The Owner is fantastic. She told me exactly what I wanted when I arrived and she was right! This place runs so well and is so clean. I could tell her staff is well taken care of, because they took a lot of provide in their job. Delicious food and AMAZING service! Thank you so much!
