They have build your own pizzas with several topping options for vegans. The wait staff us also lovely. Highly recommend.

Lady at the front counter was rude. I asked her a question politely about the bathroom and she said in a nasty tone, “no there’s literally a restroom a minute away. You can go over there” The way she responded would never make me want to go back.
Side note: I want to say I understand it’s busy in October but it was just the rude tone and demeanor of this woman. I have worked in hospitality the last six years and I understand people ask annoying questions, but it never gives you a reason to give them an attitude about the question they ask.

Good pizza and our waitress was nice, but water wasn’t refilled and our pizza had no sauce on it. We were brought sauce to dip free of charge, but still odd. Would recommend

Good pizza and quick. The cheese was melted (some brands don’t melt well) and they had my favorite veggies to put on it. We got a blonde waitress with bat tattoos and she was attentive and funny. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town. It’s a chill place and we ate on paper plates and had red solo cups. Not that I’m complaining, it was a chill vibe. Would be nice if they had more vegan options like meatballs or mozzarella sticks but I’m very happy with my pizza.

Stoped bye yesterday with my parents and were taken away by the owner she was very polite and took great pride in her food which we loved. it was a little chaotic and they looked like they were a little overwhelmed but we were entertained and loved every minute of it would come back.

This place is wonderful!! We were warned it would take time for both being seated and our food being served, but through every step of the way they were kind, thoughtful, and apologized every chance they could about the waiting. Despite that, the food was amazing, some of the best pizza I will probably ever have!! The staff was amazing, and the pizza lives up to its name! If you're in Salem and looking for a place with very little tourism, go here go here go here!!

We came here because every where else looked crowded and stuffy. The place was clean and cozy.
I'm not sure if the lady who served us was the manager or owner or both. Either way, she was nice until the end. She did not tell us that there's no refills on the lemonades until we requested for refills. She also mentioned that they only do refills on water and sodas. However, she rudely said we were taking advantage of her business after asking for a third refill on soda She said they only do 2 refills unless we buy another soda. Total rip off!! We waited forever for the food and of course I drank my soda to pass time.
We waited forever until they told us that the pizza was burned in the oven. As compensation they gave us fries on the house. The food was very mediocre and greasy.
Overall, I would recommend going somewhere else for a better service and food. They served us with paper plates, red plastic cups, and plastic utensils. Please let your customers know that you do not do refills on lemonades before they order it; 2 refills on sodas after you told us you do refills giving the impression that you do bottomless refills on sodas.
MEDIOCRE FOOD, and service could be better. THERE ARE BETTER PLACES! This is a good place as a lady resort. Little Ceasars is better honestly.
