First time trying these bagels and they were surely good. I tried the Asiago bagel. Was quick and efficient. This place meets my needs for a good bagel craving.

There needs to be a better system for ordering. More registers, clearer differentiation between lines, etc. My sandwich was mediocre and my salad was not fresh at all - so much so that I threw it out because I didn’t want to get sick.

Waited in the drive thru line for about 30 min, it was my first time using their drive thru, stop at what I thought was the speaker said hello multiple times, after some time I figured you order somewhere else so I pulled up only to hear the speaker say hello to the next guest behind me. Then I had to sit in line for another 10 minutes until I got to the pay window where they told me I would have to go around again. Awful customer service. As a local I will not be back.

I recently visited this bagel shop for the first time and was greeted with the sight of fresh kettle steam near the register—definitely a promising start! The sesame bagel I tried was excellent, with a great balance of flavor and a delightful crust, though a bit more crunch could take it to the next level.
However, the efficiency of the process could be greatly improved. During my visit, the line stretched to the back door and moved slowly, largely due to some operational inefficiencies. The staff seemed to enjoy working together, which is great for morale, but they could benefit from streamlining their workflow. The current process involves a lot of waiting for shared tools and areas, like the microwave or sandwich station, and slicing bagels by hand further contributes to delays.
By applying Lean Six Sigma principles, this shop could see significant improvements in customer experience. For instance, better organization of the workspace and clearer task assignments could prevent the bottlenecks and reduce unnecessary movement. Even small changes, like automating bagel slicing, could speed things up dramatically. Reducing these inefficiencies would allow the team to serve more customers quickly without compromising on the high-quality product they offer.
With just a few tweaks to the workflow, this place could be a well-oiled machine. I’m confident they’ll be able to take these steps, and I’ll definitely be back to enjoy their delicious bagels!
The ladies were so quick, even quicker than us realising what we wanted. The food was delicious (soft and warm inside, perfect outside) and we didn’t wait long at all mid-day on a Monday, and they still had some of my favourite bagel left - egg - that I struggle to find outside of New England. The bathrooms were clean as well.

In the last few visits the service has gone down hill. At 7 am on a Saturday they were out of a lot of sandwiches fixings. They have been out of chicken salad and the egg salad 4 out of 6 times we have been there.
