The food is more middle eastern than Moroccan and really large portions. The restaurant was not so busy but service was great.

The menu had an excellent variety. My meal was flavorful and filling, and the cocktail I chose was perfect. Our waitress was attentive and friendly and made us feel welcome: the service was stellar. We are looking forward to returning soon.

Loved the interior. I would not say it’s authentic Moroccan cuisine, it’s more fusion but nonetheless it’s delicious. The interior is very Moroccan though. The tea was phenomenal

BEST FOOD IN SALEM!

I ordered the Falafel Couscous and as a vegetarian that was the best food I’ve had while in Salem!

The veggies were so soft and well seasoned, and the falafel was very tasty!

If I had gone here on my first day, I would’ve had lunch here everyday day of my trip!

Sidney was our waitress and she was very kind and always asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything

My parents ordered the Seafood Paella and enjoyed it very much, it could serve two people from the amount of food it comes!

Definitely would come back here next time I am in Salem!

This place is LITERALLY in the heart of Salem … you are crazy to wait on these lines around the corner for greasy food … this is one of the best restaurants in town … we ordered - artichokes - meatballs - chicken and garlic - shrimp - and paella…. It’s legit unbelievable and we come from NY where food is top notch… Danielle our waitress made it an even better experience she is awesome… we stay at Salem every Halloween and this is our go to … almost don’t even want to tell anyone because the line would be around the corner … thank you guys !

Danielle was an amazing server, she catered to our every need, food was out promptly and hot at that, very tasty. I highly recommend starting off with the mosaic platter! We got that and the Moroccan tagine as well as the tagine djaj and had plenty of left overs, chefs kiss!

Really good restaurant, hidden in heart of Salem. Amazing food, staff, and atmosphere. Stopped by for lunch and we had chicken rice bowl and lamp tagine (traditional Moroccan dish) lamp was falling off the bone. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to try a new restaurant in Salem.

Truly authentic and very, very flavorful dishes in a comfortable atmosphere with outstanding service. We’ve been there twice and they continue to amaze us. Perfectly prepared meats, the lamb is succulent and the spices are amazing. This is a place where we’l keep going and I’m sure we’ll be welcomed like family in the Moroccan tradition and served authentic, hearty, filling and amazing food. Go there!!

I really wanted to like this place as Moroccan food is literally one of my favorite cuisines in the world and I was really excited to eat here. The decor was lovely and service was great. We started off with the lentil soup and eggplant appetizer which were pretty decent.

We order the Moroccan couscous as our main entree and this is where things went haywire. We happen to make tagine at home and are very familiar. The chef lied and said he made the tagine in the tagine pot they brought it in which is impossible. Moroccan tagine makes the chicken soft, slow cooked, and fall off the bone. The chicken they brought us was quickly sauce pan cooked, un-marinated lazy and wrong. The tagine pot they brought it in was even cold. The chicken was tough and disappointing…what’s worse is when we asked the waitress to ask the chef how it made it he lied and said he made it in the tagine pot. I found it very insulting that he thought we wouldn’t know better…you should never scam your customers to save a bit of time in the kitchen. Taking shortcuts like this will ruin a restaurant’s reputation!
