Far from what I got at an other location. Chicken was dry, overcooked and little to no sauce on the chicken. It was really disappointing. It’s as if there was not enough batter on the chicken and it was not crispy like korean friend chicken should. I tried Bonchon for the first time at the location “Bonchon Union City - Kerrigan Avenue” near NYC and I still think about it to this day. We got it thru doordash. When it came it was the crispiest chicken I ever had and smothered with delicious sauce. It was by far the best chicken I ever had. Salem was Dine in and was not crispy. The Salem location kinda broke my hope to eat it again, as it’s the closest location from where I live.
I would recommend to get in touch with the Union city location to try to get the same quality or as close as possible.

Not worth it. My wife and I spent $60 for the 2 of us for dinner. Chicken was hard and dry, sauce not that great. With all the other options around, avoid it like the plague. Witches would cast a curse on the place if they ever tried it.

Small restaurant but feels very warm and cozy.
Our food was delicious. We had the bulgogi fries as an appetizer. The fries were crispy and the bulgogi was tender and well marinated.
I hd the buldak chicken. It was very spicy but as someone who loves spice, it was tolerable and suited the dish perfectly.
Their kimchi was also delicious. We just wished we had more space for those twisted donuts because they looked awesome.
Service was a bit slow and servers seemed to struggle to give the right dish to the right people from time to time, but the employees were all very nice and welcoming.

This was the first time my husband and I had Korean and it was great! We still talk about what we ate on our trip. The staff was kind and accommodating to my wheelchair.
Wheelchair accessibility: The area is wheelchair accessible and they easily moved a seat for me to sit with my husband.
Says they are open until 9. Got there at 8:10 and they said the kitchen was closing.

We tried the mix plate with drums and wings, bulgogi fries, and the Korean donuts. The chicken drums were delicious with a nice crisp skin and tender meat. The bulgogi fries were fresh and crisp with plenty of seasoning and topped with delicious bulgogi meat. The star of the meal was the Korean donuts! They come with 2 generous sized donuts and a side of dipping sauce. They were made fresh to order and were hot and soft and delicious!
