Great food. Wonderful service. Bibimbap pretty close to the taste we enjoyed in Korea. Udon noodle soup warms the soul! Food came out quickly. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

I want to like this place so much as I live up the street. The first two times, it was so good. Japchae has gone significantly downhill. I got it tonight and it was almost one noodle. No sauces with the katsu, wings were medium, tasted like they’re under a lamp for an awhile. I never want to put a place down. However, coming from someone that lives up the street, please be better.

Time after time I visit and am always pleased with the service, the cleanliness and the food. It's situated near the witch house and is a short walk from the pedestrian mall. They are nothing if not consistent.

Worst restaurant 😒 ever seen in my life they dont have space to sit but still they let us wait 35 minutes for nothing
I am a big fan of Bonchon- never disappoints. Delicious Korean fried chicken!
Server was great. Atmosphere was fine. Its a bon chon ya know? Its casual, theres a TV playing anime and another TV playing something else. My chicken was sooooooooo dry. We didnt finish our food and we didnt take it home. As we were leaving we saw someone else get their chicken and it looked fresher. So it seems like the chicken is sometimes good, but inconsistent.

First time at bonchon and what a place!! It was really good and affordable and I had to take leftovers you get a lot of food for the price. We got the Seoul plate? Forgot the name but it was a shared plate full of street corn, wings, pot stickers, radish, and fries with bulgogi and cheese on it. Wonderful!!!!

Not as good as other Bonchon locations.
Second time eating here, same result. Thought the dry, small chicken pieces I got the first time might have been an off day, but it was exactly the same on my most recent visit, which was over a year since my last.
Maybe better than fast food chicken places, but not worth it for me knowing what it's supposed to be like. Both the Allston and Cambridge locations are better (at least they were a few years ago, before I moved to the north shore)
Hahaha Chicken in Woburn is another superior choice for Korean fried chicken, also better bulgogi on rice dishes (try the spicy pork).

Delicious food great service
I order delivery here all the time but tonight Uber wasn't working for some reason. I decided to call the restaurant to see if something was up. The lady on the phone was so nice and helpful! Uber was working on their end but she restarted it anyhow and while I was on the phone she offered to take my order and have their delivery driver help me out. She took me through some of the new items on the menu that hasn't displayed before so I'm excited to try the new bulgogi tteokbokki!
Thank you, mystery lady, for making drab take-out night friendly! Also she saved me some money by ordering through them 😁
Aultmost10/10. Like everything was phenomenal and I definitely would go again
