Food was mid. Nothing to write home about. Under seasoned and under flavored. “Waitress” in lose terms was very rude, slammed our food and drinks down on the table, chucked the straws down, never asked if we needed anything else and never returned to table. Had to go to the bar to pay- the man who greeted us at the door was kind, but the teenage Burnett girl who took care of our table had the absolute worst customer service.

We were there on a early Sunday evening. They were not busy and we saw atleast 3-4 waitresses. We waited 5 min to get sat at a outside table (there were quite a few open but dirty). After we got sat, our waitress didn't come out for atleast 4 minutes. She wasn't friendly. My daughter and I ordered our food. It took a long time to get (again, they were not busy and we ordered a hamburger and a kids grilled cheese). The table next to us (who was there atleast 5 minutes after us), got their food before us. We had to ask for napkins and silverware. She never checked our empty drinks or asked us if we were ok. The food was honestly nothing to write home about. It was just ok but overpriced.

We had such a great time today grabbing lunch at Boston Burger Company, and wow, the burgers were out of this world! 🍟🍔 The kids loved the fries (and okay… so did we 😅), and those Amazing Frappes? Instant smiles all around. 🤩
It’s the perfect spot for a casual, delicious meal with the fam. Great food, fun vibes, and friendly staff (Lauren) what more can you ask for? Especially their 420 burger 🍔which includes, onion rings, mozzarella sticks and their mini mac & cheese ball added on the burger!!!😋 For a great price of $4.20 weekdays 4:20-5pm when you buy a beverage 🥤🍹🍺
If you’re looking for a fun place to treat the family (or just yourself!), definitely check it out. 🍔💛 #FamilyFun #BostonBurgerCompany #GoodEats #FoodieFam

This was a fantastic little place! The waitress was super friendly, the food was PHENOMENAL, and the vibes were good. The portion sizes were quite large, and they didn’t skimp on any of the toppings (even the salads were LOADED)! They were a bit on the pricier side, but that’s to be expected with a good place like this. We definitely recommend trying the Oreo Frappe, Mac & Cheese Turkey Burger, Wings, Cobb Salad & Clam Chowder Soup.

Awesome! We has a party of 9 and everyone had a great time. Our server Joey E. was fantastic! He was knowledgeable and personable and answered all of our questions. He was very attentive and took care of us all. The food was great! Large selection that had options for everyone. Will definitely return when back in the area.

I'm so upset I didn't get our waitress' name. There were only two tables. It was my son and I first time there. Our waitress was amazing she helped us with the menu, gave us great suggestions, and omg a great personality she had us laughing. I hope she remembers us and yall give her praise. We talked about colleges and the BU tour! Thank you, friend. we enjoyed having dinner with you!

Boston Burger Company in Salem was one of the most fun food stops we made! The energy inside is laid-back but lively, and the menu is full of bold, creative choices that are just as tasty as they are over-the-top.
We tried a few burgers—each one stacked high and packed with flavor. The sweet potato fries were crispy, the homemade chips were a great touch, and everything came out hot and fresh. No complaints from anyone at our table!
My son ordered the Red, White & Boom Freak Frappe, and although they were out of the cotton candy that usually tops it, they gave him a big slice of cake instead—which he was more than happy about! It was a sugar lover’s dream and definitely became one of his favorite moments from our trip.
Great food, friendly staff, and a fun, family-friendly spot. Definitely recommend stopping in if you’re in the area and ready to treat yourself!

These burgers are HUGE and delicious. Staff is friendly, warm and wonderful. The manager and chef have always been kind and accommodating during less busy times when I ask for plain grilled chicken for my doggie. I really appreciated that. Definitely worth stopping in for a really good burger

Second time going here. First time was good so figured we’d go again since we were in the area. Wish I went somewhere else. Party of 3 and only 1 other table sat at the time we got there so very quiet night with multiple people on staff.
Walked in at 7:10 pm roughly, and didn’t get our meals until past 8pm. Ordered 2 sodas and a beer with mozzarella sticks and a shake to start. Can’t really mess up drinks but the mozzarella sticks were cold (ZERO stretch) and McDonald’s makes a better chocolate shake.
Ordered the Mac attack burger, bbq pulled pork Mac and cheese, and my wife tried ordering a chicken sandwich and was told “we don’t have sandwiches right now” by the waitress so she ordered the chicken Caesar fries. How can a burger place not have sandwiches???
Burger was overcooked, “house made” chips were soggy and chewy.
Bbq pulled pork Mac and cheese was ice cold and looked like a bowl of mushed up macaroni. Don’t think there was 1 complete piece of macaroni in the entire bowl.
Chicken caesar “fries” had little to no dressing and was half edible lettuce with all of the lettuce hearts making up the other half.
Very disappointed and will never be even considering going back. Wouldn’t have a problem for a 40 or even 50 dollar check but was blown away at $111 tab.
Multiple people on staff with no more than 5 other customers there at a single time including us and only saw our waitress 3 or 4 times at most to take our drink order and bring them out to take our food order and then when we had to ask for her when a different person brought out the food and had to go back in for the last plate because he didn’t have help. Clearly something has changed since the first time we went and it’s certainly not for the better.
