Great takeout. Everything was amazing and hot, with a nice presentation. Homemade chips and coleslaw were very good. Cesar salad was great, as well as the burger and chx sandwich. Really pleased and will be regular customers. Nice job.

Careful getting delivery/take out, spent $30 on just one entree (Buffalo Mac & Cheese), and it came looking like soupy vomit is a paper box. Normally love this place and burgers are great, but this definitely wasn’t a $30 value.

First time I went they were out of buffalo sauce and forgot we existed. It was AN HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES before our waitress came over and said ‘hey I’m so so sorry the kitchen hasn’t started your food yet but they’re going to do it now and I’ve asked them to rush’. Second time, they were out of hard boiled eggs (but had fried eggs?), as well as Romano cheese, and gave us the wrong salad. Third time, they gave us pulled pork Mac and cheese entirely without our pulled pork. I like the food and the workers are great but I genuinely have not ever had a good dining experience with them.

The bun and toppings were delicious. But the burger was not good at all. Tasted like a pre-made pre-frozen burger that was sitting out too long before cooking. The garlic Parmesan fries and baked beans were great

The food was absolutely divine! I was here a few days ago and I can't stop thinking about the burger I had. It was the February special the Mandu I love you, so so so good. It came with kimchi on it and I had never tried kimchi before and my server got me some to try which was so kind of her. If I lived in the area I would eat here legit everyday.

Both times I went in to eat the folks just stood around talking to each other instead of attending to the customer. 😢 ended up just walking out after sitting there waiting for awhile.
Terrible service. I went there by myself, and I was sitting for almost 15 minutes and nobody came to attend me. The place was EMPTY, and the employees were busy talking and completely ignoring me there. I left when I saw they were going to attend a family that had just arrived in the place while I was there this whole time waiting

Yummmyyy Update....🍔🫔🧃🍹 Went back to Boston burger..I got again the killer bee , we got Mac n cheese Parm bites and the gravy train burger with baked beans and slaw on the side, and topped it off with a Pina colada...so as I said below I forgot the name of my burger the first visit I remembered this time it was the KillerBee and it was wicked Killa.. from 1/7/25 visit. First visit/below I'm sorry I forgot the name of my burger(oops) buttt...it had onion rings on it and barbecue sauce It came with chips or your choice of baked beans and coleslaw. I picked the coleslaw I liked, some places the coleslaw is not so great.. Boston burgers coleslaw was a 👍 I was really impressed and definitely will be going back I highly recommend.. It Was Whicked good.. Boston style all the way home . ***** Note: I went to do my 2nd review for Boston Burger and it kept taking me to this review .so I hope it's not confusing

We def make it a point to eat here when we visit our beloved Salem. This past visit was very near perfect (I liked my husbands burger a bit more than mine lol but that bite was so good). We got the poutine which was the perfect combo of salty and crunchy and cheesy. I got the pilgrim and he got the green monstah which was cooked perfectly, and then topped it off with a holy cannoli frappe- amazing. Hands down one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Service was great too, they were busy and apologetic about the wait but we didn’t even notice because of the lovely atmosphere. Staff was super nice and friendly. And the changing table in the bathroom is much appreciated.
