The pork mac and cheese egg rolls were amazing and the burger, tho was well done and not medium as ordered, was amazing. It still was not disappointing in the slightest. Definitely recommend. (Be prepared for tourist town prices though, but worth the money)

Came out to visit Salem with my husband from the Bay Area in CA. The server was super sweet and attentive. The manager even came up to talk to us and was so kind. I went in on a Tuesday afternoon February 20, 2024 as a black woman with a black *FATHER and they were very disrespectful staring at us and singling us out. We sat in the middle of the whole restaurant we didn’t have any of the condiments on our table nor did we have any utensils. They made our burgers wrong. They stared at us the whole time from the time we ordered to the time we left every single worker in there, including the Cook and bartender stared at us and made us feel uncomfortable and as if we weren’t going to pay for what we were going to get. Very unprofessional and disheartening specifically because every other Boston burger company I’ve been to has been nothing but kind. I’m very disappointed in this business and Salem as a whole.

One of the worst experiences in food service ever. We went for dinner at 6:00 PM. We immediately ordered drinks and I ordered a milkshake. About 15 minutes later the waitress came over and informed me they were out of milkshakes and there would be more ice cream tomorrow. I was so upset and disappointed. I ordered a salad instead. And it NEVER was served. An hour later they got ice cream somewhere nearby and told me "It is only for online orders". I had to bribe the server to get one for myself and offered her extra money for one. I gave her extra cash for one. I finally got one but never got my salad. I can't believe a restaurant like this would run out of ice cream on a Saturday, make me beg for something they should typically have on their menu, and then not even give me my meal :( I will not return sadly after years of giving them my business.

Delicious ?!! I got the Mac attack and it was amazing ?. Service was great ? and the place was clean.I ordered the burger with macaroni and it tasted delicious, I ordered it well cooked and the meat tasted good, it lacks a little seasoning for my taste but I asked for salt and pepper, it came with salad and fried sliced potatoes. The service was good and the place was clean and with the typical Salem charm decoration, there were huge milkshakes, but I didn't dare order one, it was too much.

Hands down our absolute favorite meal during our trip to Salem, Massachusetts. 5 stars all around for food, atmosphere, service and location. I had the Killer Bee and it was delicious. My spouse and child also loved their burgers! Our waitress was very attentive and kind. We will definitely be back during our next trip.

We were lured in by the frappes. We were there on a very cold night. They were not terribly busy but they had a huge table of tweens. As soon as we opened the door the host (?) manager (?) greeted us with "we're running really slow tonight so..."We said it was no problem. The person who appeared to be the only server asked the bartender/frappe maker to cover our table. She was very sweet and attentive but clearly unfamiliar with serving tables.The frappes were delicious. Especially the S'mores one. All the other food was not. The chip nachos were cold and barely topped, the burger was flavorless, the Mac and cheese grainy, and weirdly heavy.There are some really good restaurants in Salem, I'd skip this.

1st time here. We were greeted by the nicest person who helped us decide what to order. I was eager to try the bacon and cheese, but when I took my first bite it immediately gave me buffalo tanginess. Now, I'm not a fan of buffalo-flavored anything, but I appreciated their portion and WEDGE frikkin fries. It's a good bite. Definitely not for the faint of heart, regarding portions, but I say it's a great treat to have finally tried this place as a local. Chicken was burnt, but the service made it all forgivable.
