I just want to congratulate to the staff located on 259 Highland Dr. Salem, MA 01970 for the great job they are doing. The place was spotless, decorated beautifully for Christmas. The food was fresh and hot and service was quick and friendly.

I am sharing this because no one should have to go through this. Pulling Curly hairs from your mouth and it breaking in my mouth ? that was the worst experience ever , disgusting ?. Why can’t you just wear hair nets or something ? Wtf
I have been here before without issues but today was just disgusting. Salem Health department contacted.

Food is lukewarm the cashier acted like he couldn't be bothered with taking my order and pushed my tray at me! I get it not the best job but at least show some common decency! Also I know eating in has become a thing of the past but the restaurant was filthy like they haven't cleaned in a while

They had a problem with the register while we waited to order the manager in charge made quick work on fixing the problem while other customers were complaining he stayed calm and collected got things moving quick.

The staff are Friendly and enjoyable to stop Through when I crave the Texas Double Whopper with Jalapeños ??? and the soooo Soft chocolate chip Cookies ? warm YUMMIES! I APPRECIATE the Staff that works so Hard EVERY SHIFT..Not Easy DEALIN WITH the Public.. WE HAVE TO DO BETTER FOLKS! RESPECT and a smile of THANKS GOES A LONGG WAYY.. BE KIND.. Purchased my first Impossible Burger it was Amazing!! The fries were cooked perfectly, and the onion rings tasted good, they just needed to be cooked more, I personally like mine on the crunchy side.
