This was my second time in there and I really tried to give the place another chance because the food look amazing. Unfortunately both times the customer service has been the same rude, rushed, and dismissive. The girl at the counter kept repeating over and over “is that all?” In a way that I felt like I was bothering her just by ordering. If you don’t like your job, then go somewhere else, because it really impacts the experience for customers. The food has potential, but the attitude at the counter makes it hard to enjoy.

Can you make a bigger donut? Donuts are cheap to make. It cost 10-30 cents to make a donut. Yet you charge almost $3 for common donuts and more for specialty donuts. That's great. Keep the price the same. But make them a little bigger. It's embarrassingly cheap of you.

We decided to stop in and get breakfast to go. We got several pastries and coffee. The egg nog latte was one of the best ones my husband has had in a while. My peppermint patty latte was good as well, with a subtle peppermint flavor that wasn’t overpowering at all. The lemon Bismark was light and fluffy and so good. The scones are made fresh and were good as well. We didn’t care for the cheese danish. It needed a bit more cream cheese to hold up to the pastry around it. Be prepared for a crowd. Even in the middle of the week, the place was hopping and not very big. We waited outside for a bit before there was enough room to walk inside. Despite that, this was a great place to eat and we would for sure go back.

I don’t understand what is wrong with the people who work here in the mornings. Both times I’ve gone here my breakfast sandwich is messed up. Both times y’all forgot ingredients that I asked for AND added ingredients I did not request. Employees need to start writing down orders and repeating them back to customers. I’m done coming here.

A warm and lively local bakery. Ordered a breakfast sandwich on my way to an7-mile Salem coast walk. The counter lady was super friendly. People work there treat patrons like families. My croissant sandwich with eggs and ham was delicious and warm. Highly recommend.
