Best chai latte in Salem! I especially love the pumpkin one. Their gluten-free breakfast sandwiche and GF pastries are also delicious.

I came here in October of this year. The food, the coffee, the owners - all absolutely amazing. I tried many places in Salem and this was by far my favorite. Highly recommend.

If you're gluten free, this place is a must try. The breakfast sandwiches are made with flavorful and healthy bread. The pastries were an absolute treat, and the flat white was perfect!

My husband and I had breakfast here 3 days in a row - everything on their menu is so good!! Our favorites were the Steak & Eggs and Classic sandwiches, as well as the hot apple cider. You can't go wrong with anything here though.

It sounds crazy to say a breakfast sandwich was your favorite meal on a trip... until you try the ones at Crave!
The poblano crema really made the sandwich and we enjoyed adding the pumpkin spice to the hot chocolate... delicious!
I can't wait to go back next year!

The iced americanos are very good here and $4. And this was the only shop we found that had vanilla cold foam. The pumpkin scone i had was very good too, not dry at all!

The door sighs open, the La Marzocco hums low,
No place to go until the people begin to flow.
And there on the plate, like sunrise reborn,
A steak and egg sandwich— perfection adorned.
The steak, seared bold with a poet’s intent,
Juices that tell you exactly where flavor went.
Egg yolk drips gold, like a painter’s delight,
Melting through bread that’s toasted just right.
A bite, and the world briefly slows in its spin,
A silence of joy hums deep from within.
Salt meets butter, pepper meets grace,
And time forgets motion—right there, in that place.
So here’s to the mornings that memory saves,
To flavor that lingers and comfort that stays,
To a small little restaurant where cravings behave—
Until you taste heaven, at a place called Crave.
TLDR: Steak and egg sandwich was to die for. They take their coffee seriously with the beautiful blue La Marzocco espresso machine. The place itself is quite small. On a Sunday morning, the line was out the door and there was no where to sit. I’d recommend going on a weekday to enjoy it fresh. This place should be required to visit.

The pastries here are delicious! The coffee roll croissant was excellent, and I'm not sure if that or the blueberry marscapone croissant is my favorite.

Really small inside, but that doesn't even matter because the food was out of this world! I never knew breakfast could taste so good.

25 max capacity the weekend before halloween. Needless to say the line wrapped around the building. Food was great or I was starved by the time I got in
