I came in at 4:15 and I was told I could not get a frozen drink or food only donuts and coffee. How about you clean at 4:50-5:30? Unacceptable this would not happen in a regular dunks.

Many student or faculty or regular customers stop by here for breakfast or lunch or just for a cup of coffee my recent experience here was terrible the guy with glasses makes gross coffee and sandwiches every time I get food the coffee taste like trash water or the sand which the bread falls on the floor and toasted to a level of burnt and serves it disgusting many other students I’m sure are aware, but don’t want to be problematic, but I’m going to say something because as a college student we are broke half of the time so if we are spending 20-50 dollars weekly on Dunkin’s we expect to receive good quality. @ corporate of Dunkin’s or human resource solve this issue please.
