The employees were super kind and fast. Dunkin donuts always hits the spot to be honest, it's so good, the iced coffees are amazing and the sandwich I got was also delicious. Donuts are fresh!

Rude staff that decide to cut off customers in the middle of their order three different times while talking in their language. That’s cool.

We were scared to order simply because we were wary of the amount of caffeine and sugar they add to their products. We ordered two small iced lattes and they turned out to be fine! Quick service too

Can't give this place enough credit. Went in for a cup of coffee and realized I forgot my wallet. The young man behind the counter, the

manager I'm assuming, paid for my coffee out of his pocket and I promised I would be back.

The next day I returned with a nice new bill for the individual in a great tip for the appreciated service from the day before. Not many places would do that for you.

What can you really say about Dunkin Doughnuts as a review to persuade someone to go to one, or "try it out". If you are a rich hipster, no amount of praise will get you to drop Starbucks. This is where everyone else gets their coffee.

I didn’t order anything cuz there were no public restrooms :( but the Salem sign was cool

This is the worst dunkin I have ever been to. I got an iced coffee and ordered a water for my daughter. They gave her a cup of ice... no water. I tried to ask where the water was but they ignored me.

Horrible service. No restroom, and I was in need to go to the bathroom really bad.

Ordered an iced coffee. Normal iced coffee. Not decaf coffee. Watched as I was given half decaf, half normal iced coffee. Just took it, left and plan on never going back to this location. They have chronic issues. Once had a friend place an online order, only for them to be closed… we never figured that out. I am wondering if messed up orders are done on purpose after watching my coffee be made wrong. Label didn’t say decaf either.

They didn’t do correctly my order. I asked for cream cheese in a cup because I always got my stomach upset when they made their own cheese on the bagels like photo. It was really messed when he gave me that.

We went in the middle of the day and this poor guy was working alone and you can tell was so stressed out. He made both me and my friends drinks wrong.
