The cashier was rude when I ordered, the floor in the store clearly hadn’t been swept all day, and the bathroom was disgusting. The only toilet paper roll was lying on the ground, and there was trash everywhere. Our orders didn’t take long and the food was good, but will not be returning here

Walked in today to grab a coffee and use the restroom before heading home, only to be hit with the oldest, laziest excuse in the book—“bathroom out of service.” Let’s be real: that’s just code for “we don’t want customers using it.” Any business that treats visitors like that, especially during Salem’s Halloween season, doesn’t deserve local or tourist support. Poor hospitality, plain and simple. Shame on them.

Came to this location to buy coffee and noticed the employee was by herself. She had a lot of online orders. I decided to try to make it easy for her and download the app to order my coffee. Unfortunately, my phone will not let me I believe management needs to be looked intofor this young lady to be by herself and have to maintain front of the house and back of the house is unacceptable as a food industry manager this is disgusting to have a young lady closing a store by herself I will be making a formal complaint through corporate.

we live close by and everytime we order something from here for pickup it either takes forever or gets done wrong. The workers go in the back and don’t come out even if there are customers in there. I placed a pickup order, came in 10 minutes later and i saw no order and no staff behind the counter. I sat and waited for another 5 minutes and nothing. When someone finally came out and i asked them about my order they told me they didn’t see it. last month, we got a chocolate milk, my boyfriend drank it and it was over 10 days expired!! I’ve been avoiding ordering here now for a while because the workers are lazy, rude and do not care about their jobs not one bit. I never write reviews but this place is insane and needs some new management or something ! I’ve never seen a dunkin so terrible in my life.

I normally don’t have any issues with this location however today the gentleman who made my bfs sandwich was either new or just did not care. He ordered a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel, nothing complicated, instead he was given a plain bagel with 2 tops that were both rock hard, cheese wasn’t even melted and everything else was ice cold. The second sandwich after going back in to correct it was 2 everything bagel bottoms this time and still not fully cooked. As I watched him make it he was putting the bagels into the oven with out the egg, meat and cheese, and then proceeding to pull out the egg sausage and cheese slap it on the bagel and hand it to me. At this point we were so annoyed we didn’t bother to go in for a 3rd time. I wasn’t given a receipt for our order but it was also not busy despite it being about 9 930 am. The woman who rung us up was wonderful, made my coffee perfectly. Hopefully this can be used as a training opportunity .

Disgusting service i asked for a sandwich in a muffin 3 times. They proceeded to give me a wrap and ganged up on me saying that i ordered a wrap. In the end the manager gave me my muffins but it was an appalling experience.
