ALL THE MEN STAFF HERE ARE VERY RUDE.I CAME IN FOR A PICKUP ORDER OF 25 CHOCOLATE MUNCHKINS AND WHEN I GOT HOME AND OPENED MY MUNCHKIN BOX IT WAS FILLED WITH 6 CHOCOLATE GLAZED DONUTS.I CALLED RIGHT AWAY AND WAS TOLD TO ENJOY THE DONUTS I DID NOT ORDER BECAUSE THEY WERE 4$ A DONUT.VERY DIRTY STORE AND MOUTHS OF MEN STAFF.

The manager is so lazy, never working, overweight from eating too much dunkin’s food & rude. Staff is rude. Only good employees are the males here. The females all are RUDE. Coffe taste like burnt fabric.

Ordering from here is like Russian roulette: you never know what you will get. Sometimes ingredients will be out of stock, sometimes (most times) your drink will be made wrong, sometimes you’ll get a horrendous attitude from the employees for no reason. Sometimes your drink will be made so disgusting it’s undrinkable and you have no choice but to go back and ask for it to be remade, and if that happens may the force be with you because the attitude you’re about to catch from the employees will be MASSIVE.Idk what’s wrong with this location or why the employees here are so angry all the time, but this is the absolute worst dunks I’ve ever been to.Photo is of the bottom of the iced latte I got from here today. What IS that???? It’s grey, looks like they dumped an ashtray into my drink.

We placed an order thru the app and when we were given our food at the drive thru we were missing the donut we ordered. So had to ask for that. Then after we got home we noticed my drink was a small. We ordered a medium and the Cup even had a tag that said medium. If what I have is a medium, I hate to see what a small is.

I get a caramel ice latte with almond milk! How hard is it to get that right? I get a burnt black cup of nasty whatever it is they put in this cup with ice, idk who trains these people but this is by far the worst dunks I have ever encountered!!!! (And I’m from here) What it tastes like is when they come in in the morning they brew a bunch of espresso put it into a container and use it all day, just nasty!!!! Hire a new manager and restaff this place for the love of all us coffee drinkers!

Worst service ever. Been going here for years and EVERY time we have to deal with Belinda (I think she is the manager), she is hostile, short tempered, and rude. The other day she yelled at us and absolutely ruined our day for no reason. ,We are calling corporate head quarters in the morning to let them know this employee is toxic and will cost them business. Horrible. Sad. WHY is this person "Belinda" not fired yet? Please fire her! That said, all of the other employees are great. But this woman is toxic and scary.

Came in at 6AM and was rudely greeted by two woman behind the counter 8/13. I came to use the bathroom and was going to order after because what sense does it make to do it before, I’m coming right back out. This woman in particular says the usual, bathroom is for customers only. who’s to say I wasn’t, it’s 6am ofc I want coffee. She continued her attitude which led me to not even want a coffee. She refused to give me her name saying over again it’s none of my business after the way I’ve been treated but she has a tattoo on the back of her neck of two symbols that may be foreign letters. I will be calling for this lady’s boss unacceptable ESPECIALLY CUS I HAVE NOT HAD MY COFFEE!!
