People have gotten so lazy now these people have the bathrooms closed off and claimed that both bathrooms are out of order which everybody knows is a lie. If you can't keep your bathrooms open when you're selling food and drink you shouldn't be allowed to stay open.

Very nice inside. Friendly fast service. Very clean. The set up is very modern is very open and inviting. I love the fact they have places to sit. Most do but it is always nice to see. No phones people. Sit, talk, be human, interact, have some coffee and the best muffins. Chocolate Chip muffins from Dunkin Doughnuts is the best muffins. They use cake mix no corn meal.

I come here almost every day and I’ve never had an issue. One girl remembers me every time and she always has a welcoming attitude. She’s my favorite part about this location! Today I was in the drive thru with a few cars ahead of me moving real slow and was working alone, this girl deserves a raise!

Hi. Just left there With my sister got two separated orders and I was getting for my very first time on the app the $5 deal which I did get but I didn't get triple the points and today is triple point day and my sister was not allowed. They said to have the $5 deal. Why I don't know and whoever the woman was at the window was as rude as could be. Unacceptable service. I will not go there again.. I will go to another one PS got order all wrong and one missing sandwich on my sisters order after not allowing her to have the $5 deal on top of it

Overall, the food was good, but the series was awful because we ordered 2 coffees. It was charged for 1, and the order was double what we wanted wanted. Also, we couldn't get a recipe to verify we ask for 2 coffees.

The worst service at a Dunkin in Salem, go to any of the others in the area. Ordered a donut, was given the wrong one because they were out. They took back the donut from the bag they gave me in my car, put it back on the shelf and gave me a different one when I mentioned it. Then they gave me the wrong order of food, and I had to drive back to get the correct one. When I picked up my correct food the lady very rudely yelled “you’re welcome!”, like it was my pleasure to drive back and get out of my car to get the food I paid for. When customers aren’t rude about bad service, don’t give them sass for no reason.

This dunkin is amazing! Best Dunkin I have ever been to. Ever since their remodel, I feel as if the food and the service has gotten undeniably better. The staff are all very kind and are able to help with whatever you need.
