Terrible service. I ordered two hash browns and only got one. I also asked for a grilled cheese, but they handed me two untoasted slices of bread with a cold piece of cheese inside. Nothing was toasted or melted it was basically a cold sandwich.

I got an iced latte with almond milk. I asked as I started drinking it. I realize it tasted like milk and I am lactose intolerance and I got so sick afterwards that I have severe stomach ache. This place is the worst. They can’t even take an order for one coffee. I don’t care how busy it is, but there’s no excuse to screw up somebody’s copy, especially when you ask for something you order for and pay for never again while I stop at this Dunkin’ Donuts.

This is one of the best remodeled Dunkin’s that I have been to. What sets this store apart is the staff, especially the morning staff when it’s the busiest time. The staff are always fast and efficient, take orders quickly, pay attention to special requests, and they are always cheerful and energetic. Getting my morning coffee and bagel was a great part of my morning routine when I lived in Salem.

People have gotten so lazy now these people have the bathrooms closed off and claimed that both bathrooms are out of order which everybody knows is a lie. If you can't keep your bathrooms open when you're selling food and drink you shouldn't be allowed to stay open.

Very nice inside. Friendly fast service. Very clean. The set up is very modern is very open and inviting. I love the fact they have places to sit. Most do but it is always nice to see. No phones people. Sit, talk, be human, interact, have some coffee and the best muffins. Chocolate Chip muffins from Dunkin Doughnuts is the best muffins. They use cake mix no corn meal.
