This is one of the best remodeled Dunkin’s that I have been to. What sets this store apart is the staff, especially the morning staff when it’s the busiest time. The staff are always fast and efficient, take orders quickly, pay attention to special requests, and they are always cheerful and energetic. Getting my morning coffee and bagel was a great part of my morning routine when I lived in Salem.

Very nice inside. Friendly fast service. Very clean. The set up is very modern is very open and inviting. I love the fact they have places to sit. Most do but it is always nice to see. No phones people. Sit, talk, be human, interact, have some coffee and the best muffins. Chocolate Chip muffins from Dunkin Doughnuts is the best muffins. They use cake mix no corn meal.

I come here almost every day and I’ve never had an issue. One girl remembers me every time and she always has a welcoming attitude. She’s my favorite part about this location! Today I was in the drive thru with a few cars ahead of me moving real slow and was working alone, this girl deserves a raise!
