Since they changed the staff coffees are not being made right just came from there she didn’t know how to scan my phone nor did she make my coffee right I asked her Spanish so she could understand she was rude an still didn’t make my coffee right I just feel we should get what we ask an paying for.

Just ordered 2 donuts and 2 coffees this morning. Now my boyfriend throat is scratched by some type of metal object lodge inside the donut. Who knows if there’s more in this batch. This is no way safe!

Horrible customer service they gave my order WRONG the first time then they gave me the correct order but COLD and the drink wasn’t made the right way. This place needs to be shut down.

so rude. I had a long drive ahead and my daughter wanted milk. I have been to multiple Dunkin’s who gave sold me just oat milk when we’ve been on long drives. It’s literally just an open item button on the register. They just didn’t want to take the extra two seconds to help a mama out.

ZERO STAR, I don't know what happens in this Dunkin to two guys who work there in Spain and the Brazilians, I've never been treated so badly as I am in this Dunkin today was my last day, the Spanish people are super friendly and polite, the Brazilians have zero education and they still don't treat customers with respect.
